Right on outstanding features and quality

Made so good and heats to a boil super fast as I’m always in a hurry as I take tea to work at 5:30am and it is a game changer for the better. My tea taste so much better now that the water is precise temperature what a big difference that has made. I hesitated for years getting a teapot. Let me tell you this teapot is outstanding try it. It works fabulous. Thank you, Cuisinart. You have never let me down and you have went above and beyond with this for me you’ve made my life easier simpler and your quality. No one can come close to it. Very proud of you. Keep it up. I buy your products all the time and will continue to do so.

Perfect Pot of Tea Every Time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research to find the best cordless electric kettle. All sources pointed to the Cuisinart CPK-17 as the one that would meet my needs. My husband drinks green tea; I drink black tea. The pre-programmed temperature settings are perfect for us. Now, he doesn't have to guess when to take the stove top kettle off the burner, and I can have water reach a rolling boil in minutes for the perfect pot, or cup, of tea every time. When we want coffee, the kettle complies. It has quickly become a part of the family.
The CPK-17 is easy to fill, boils water extremely fast, and looks great in our kitchen next to other cherished Cuisinart appliances. I know I made the right choice!

Multiple settings for hot water - tea & coffee!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product! We make several kinds of tea throughout the day and early evening and this product is great. Once you boil water you can leave it on the warm setting and it will keep your water at the exact temp you want for 30 minutes. There are multiple setting for different types of tea and coffee. Awesome!

Dependable, user-freindly kettle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace a previous eone- a brand that no longer exists. I found the Cuisinart kettle to be solid, just a tad heavier than my old one. It is easy to fill and I appreciate the lit the water level window. It is also easy to read unlit while filling. It heats quickly and accurately for my tea. I also like the soft chime when the water is ready. It can be set in a mode to keep the water at that temperature, which is very helpful if I can't use it immediately. As I prepare my water thr the same type of tea each time, the feature of automatically using the last temperture selected makes it simpler to use. I have only used it for a month but I expect it to be serviceable for years to come. Note: I only use filtered water- distilled water would be evenr better to prevent mineral build-up.

Ready in a jif!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goodbye tea kettle - hello electric kettle! After visiting a friend who had one, I knew the cordless electric kettle is perfect for me too. I use a variety of teas that each require a different temperature of hot water and steep times. I still have to be mindful of how long it's been steeping but no longer have to guess on the water temperature. The temperature remains constant to allow for an additional cup of tea should I want that. The water gauge lets me make enough hot water when company is over too. To reduce the odds of scale developing inside after cleaning and wiping it, I prop it open upside down so it can dry thoroughly.

Love the various temperature settings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this kettle to replace a Cuisinart coffee maker I have had since March of 2013. The coffee maker still worked well, but it developed a slight leak. Since I only drink tea now, I thought the kettle would be a better choice for me. I am very happy with the various temperature settings. I do wish there was an option to set the length of time it stays on. Thirty minutes is a short time for me. But it does reheat quickly. I really wish you could program the on time. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Don't buy a cheaper electric kettle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Someone gave me a cheaper electric kettle, which lasted a year and a half before it died, and reviews of other cheap electric kettles showed the same short lifespan. The NYT Wirecutter had recommended Cousins, which is a trusted name, and I expect my investment to last. No more boiling over, no more resets necessary--just does what you paid for it to do, and does it smoothly without any drama when you're just trying to make a coffee first thing in the morning.
