Make great drinks
Nice Espresso machine. Works great for the price. Like the programable feature. Easy to use with very understandable instructions. Holds a nice amount of water. Bought this for our Florida home to replace a Yabano machine that made horrible coffee and espresso. Pleased with this purchase.

Nice upgrade
I purchased the EM-200 to replace a model EM-100 that lasted 15 years. I like the 1-shot and 2-shot auto feature and the steamer/frother works much better.

Great quality
I received this as a gift, and it makes the best espresso! I can actually make a coffee with this that tastes like my favorite Starbucks drink. It’s usually almost daily! It also makes great hot chocolates!

Great Espresso Machine
Easy to use and makes a great espresso and cappuccino. It’s fairly easy to clean even for an everyday appliance. It’s a good unit for the price and cuisinart has a solid warranty. This is my third machine in many years of use.

Great cappuccinos
We love it! I can have my cappuccino at home and exactly the way I like it. I find that it’s a little noisy and uses a lot of water due to the steam it produces Also, the waiting time between steam nozzle and pouring of the coffee I find is a bit too long.
The manual sujest to warm your coffee mug while making your coffee that way your coffee once you pour it will be hotter, it is worth the extra step for this who like their coffee very hot. Besides these minor issues I just don’t mind much because it makes a great cup of coffee at home. It’s also very chic looking.

Quality and easy to use
I bought this a few months ago because I thought my sister was coming to visit and she could teach me how to use this machine as she has one herself. She was not able to visit so I had to teach myself. I watched the YouTube instructional video. It is easy to use and this machine is paying for itself as I am not visiting the coffee shop as often. My coffee is healthy and very tasty. No regrets with this purchase!

Fastest Espresso Coffee Maker in the world
I love my coffee maker, it's fast and reliable. Makes Espresso a snap. No mess ever. In manual mode coffee is on the light side, but for 2 cups, it's fabulous. Pricey but awesome, worth the investment.
