Great Hand Blender, Well thought out.
I received this as a Christmas gift. I love how the variable speed is a very handy button on the side. I have so far used it to make mayonnaise and mix my egg slurry for French toast. In both cases it worked beautifully. I have not used the other attachments yet.

Love it!
I had been without an immersion blender for a while, and this one was certainly worth the weight. Very easy to use and great attachments. The blender attachment mades quick work of everything for smoothies. Easy to disassemble and clean. I can’t wait to use the chopper attachment.

Good product
I appreciate having the unlock button to get the blender started initially. It's a little fiddly, but with 2 kids I really like the safety feature. It blends well and quickly. If the liquid is thin enough, the blender mixes while blending it up so I barely have to move it.

Great help for tomato bisque

I'm a "sometimes" cook
As a person over age 80 who lives alone, I am a "sometimes" cook and I'm pretty good (as long as I follow recipes). But when these recipes called for certain food prep treatments, I had to look for something that is up to the task. I found the Hand Blender and its handy helper attachments to be just what I need.

Better than we imagined!
We received our first Cuisineart “blender on a stick” as a Christmas gift over 20 years ago. It quickly became a mainstay kitchen appliance. Recently the motor gave out so we decided to purchase a new one. We couldn’t be happier! Two new features make this one even better: the wand is longer and you no longer have to depress two buttons at the same time. The same great Cuisinart quality. 👏👏👏

A great and versatile multi-purpose appliance
I bought a summer home which has a small kitchen and needed to equip it with all the basics to cook for two people. There is very little counter space and storage, but I missed having the convenience of a blender, a food processor, and a mixer like the full-size appliances I have at my winter home. I found this Smart Stick variable speed hand blender at a local department store which comes as well with a small food processor with both a steel chopping blade and a disc for slicing or shredding and a whisk. It is PERFECT for all of these tasks, and it is compact but powerful. It is easy to clean all of the parts and even comes with a tall clear beaker which makes great whipped cream or meringue using the whisk attachment, It is so versatile that I may buy another one to use at home.

Helped me make a homemade sauce even better!
The ease of use of this, plus the options for attachments was great! I used it to blend roasted veggies to make a spaghetti sauce from scratch. I own a Vitamix and definitely could have used that, but instead, I used my new hand blender and LOVED it! It was powerful and efficient to blend roasted peppers, garlic, tomatoes, and onions into a perfect texture to add to tomato sauce.

Cuisinart Smart Stick Variable Speed Blender
I’ve never had a stick blender before, so after doing some research I chose to buy the Cuisinart Smart Stick Variable Speed Hand Blender. I am making homemade spaghetti sauce and canning it, the Cuisinart Smart Stick Blender made it so much easier when pureeing my sauce. I would definitely recommend it.

Incredible kitchen gadget!
I am absolutely in love with my Smart Stick Variable Speed Hand Blender. I received this as a gift when I was in need of an immersion blender, and I cannot believe how much more this is. The whisk attachment makes it so I no longer need a hand or even stand mixer. Obviously the immersion blender, but it also has a food chopper! I couldn't be more pleased with this.

Awesome product!
