The full charcoal burner and smoker tray sets the BE1-36C-L apart from any standard gas grill. Add wood chips directly to the W-shaped tray --- adjustable vents regulate airflow so the charcoal burns longer and more consistently, delivering deep smoke flavour without forfeiting the convenience of instant LPG ignition.

The hood opens smoothly with one hand to a full 90° for unobstructed access to large cuts. Brilliant 12V in-hood lighting illuminates the cooking surface after dark, while bezel lighting on dials glows white when the grill is on, and orange when the gas and grill are working.

The secondary cooking surface with 2-level racks and tray gives you more room when cooking for a crowd. Use the secondary space to fit a broiling pan for slow cooking, roasting, sauces, or to keep food warm after searing on the primary surface below.

The optional 6" storage accessory unit (ASE6-36) bolts seamlessly onto either side of the grill, expanding the installation footprint to 42" or 54" and providing dedicated storage for racks, grates, and tools. Optional cart mount (CAD-36E) and insulated jacket (BGA36-IJS) also available.

Constructed entirely from weather-resistant 304 grade stainless steel. Double-sided grilling grates offer both flat and angled positions. The hot surface ignition system fires reliably without manual lighting, and the hood temperature gauge keeps you informed without lifting the lid.
