Absolutely Love Our La Specialista Arte Evo!
We’ve been using our La Specialista Arte Evo Espresso Machine with Cold Brew daily and couldn’t be happier with it. In our house, we make 3 to 4 drinks a day, and this machine handles it beautifully every single time.
The espresso quality is rich, smooth, and consistently delicious. The built-in grinder makes a noticeable difference in freshness and flavor, and it’s easy to dial in the perfect grind. We also love the cold brew feature — it’s incredibly convenient and produces a smooth, refreshing drink without the long wait of traditional methods.

Great milk drink instructions for De’Longi espresso machine
Super helpful to have 3D instructions to figure out how to operate this coffee machine. It really feels like it’s worth the high price, on top of all the cool automated barista functions the machine has. It’s like having your own private Starbucks in your kitchen

My friend EVO
I’ve just upgraded the DeLongi Bambino I had become my trusted coffee buddy, never failing to present me with quality coffee the past 4years. I purchased the DeLongi Magnifica EVO because I have one in my office and I just had to have my own EVO at home. I am not mechanically inclined, but the setup instructions were simple and I had the EVO ready to serve coffee in about 10 minutes. The EVO’s cold coffee recipe was better than I expected, and I’ll be serving myself those this summer. Without a doubt I’ll score the EVO 10+ on a scale of 1-10.

Relearn coffee from the Specialista point of view
I bought this coffee maker after a very interesting research that I had to make to make the best choice. I m convinced I had the perfect choice. My specialista coffee maker takes me beyond coffee taste with such precision that I have surfed into new brands of coffee cause now I m reknowing coffee taste again. I recently learned that the perfect espresso portion contains around 18 g of coffee powder and I am mastering the skill with every new Sip.
As a therapist, I have to make sure my energy sources come from the best places, and caffeine from my morning coffee has become a ritual :)
This has been beyond my best auto gift ever...

The Best De'Longhi I've Owned
I've owned De'Longhi espresso makers for nearly 20 years, and the La Specialista is the "third generation" in the product lines I've purchased -- and by far the best one yet! The machine is a pleasure to use and delivers a dependable, consistent, and thoroughly satisfying espresso drink. I should mention that the machine it replaced was given to my daughter and her family, and is still in service. Since I purchased my machine in winter, I've yet to try to cold brew function, but the espresso and American options have been excellent, and frothing wand is professional level. In fact, what I always tell people about the La Specialista is that they can expect commercial level quality in a smaller footprint. I love the design as well, and it looks great on my kitchen coffee bar.

I had never personally made my own espresso before and it was super easy to pick up and I am now very well caffeinated. Really enjoy making my espresso or cold brew with this machine as part of my daily routine/ ritual. Buying good coffee and making tasty espresso now is a game changer!

Love it!
I’ve been using this machine for about a month now but I wanted to use all the features and give it some time before I wrote a review. I was a barista for several years and this is my fourth? at-home espresso machine in a few years, and I LOVE it. I genuinely didn’t know you could make espresso with bright crema on top at home until I got this machine. The texture of my lattes is smoother and creamier, the quality is better, and it’s so easy to use.
I’ll start with the cons because I only have a few:
•the steaming wand doesn’t move as much as others I’ve used and if I have a full pitcher of milk I either have to life the machine or spill the milk to remove it once it’s steamed. It also occasionally takes a bit of time to get going.. initially it seemed like it was getting slower over time but it seems more sporadic now.
•the auto shutoff is way too quick, IMO.
PROS:
•The water tank and drip tray are both really large and do not have to be refilled or emptied often
•very straightforward and easy to use once you figure out your initial preferences
•there are several options for grind level, water heat, etc and once you figure out the best one for your coffee it makes really high quality espresso every time
•the double shot is larger than most which I really like, but there’s also the single shot option
• it’s SO easy and mess-free to grind and tamp the beans
•milk frother can get milk really hot, and really smooth
•I love the americano option, it makes things so easy
• the cold brew is pretty good considering how quickly it can be made
