Great milk drink instructions for De’Longi espresso machine
Super helpful to have 3D instructions to figure out how to operate this coffee machine. It really feels like it’s worth the high price, on top of all the cool automated barista functions the machine has. It’s like having your own private Starbucks in your kitchen

My friend EVO
I’ve just upgraded the DeLongi Bambino I had become my trusted coffee buddy, never failing to present me with quality coffee the past 4years. I purchased the DeLongi Magnifica EVO because I have one in my office and I just had to have my own EVO at home. I am not mechanically inclined, but the setup instructions were simple and I had the EVO ready to serve coffee in about 10 minutes. The EVO’s cold coffee recipe was better than I expected, and I’ll be serving myself those this summer. Without a doubt I’ll score the EVO 10+ on a scale of 1-10.

Great 3D Guide for Quick Setup

Relearn coffee from the Specialista point of view
I bought this coffee maker after a very interesting research that I had to make to make the best choice. I m convinced I had the perfect choice. My specialista coffee maker takes me beyond coffee taste with such precision that I have surfed into new brands of coffee cause now I m reknowing coffee taste again. I recently learned that the perfect espresso portion contains around 18 g of coffee powder and I am mastering the skill with every new Sip.
As a therapist, I have to make sure my energy sources come from the best places, and caffeine from my morning coffee has become a ritual :)
This has been beyond my best auto gift ever...

The Best De'Longhi I've Owned
I've owned De'Longhi espresso makers for nearly 20 years, and the La Specialista is the "third generation" in the product lines I've purchased -- and by far the best one yet! The machine is a pleasure to use and delivers a dependable, consistent, and thoroughly satisfying espresso drink. I should mention that the machine it replaced was given to my daughter and her family, and is still in service. Since I purchased my machine in winter, I've yet to try to cold brew function, but the espresso and American options have been excellent, and frothing wand is professional level. In fact, what I always tell people about the La Specialista is that they can expect commercial level quality in a smaller footprint. I love the design as well, and it looks great on my kitchen coffee bar.

I had never personally made my own espresso before and it was super easy to pick up and I am now very well caffeinated. Really enjoy making my espresso or cold brew with this machine as part of my daily routine/ ritual. Buying good coffee and making tasty espresso now is a game changer!

Love it!
I’ve been using this machine for about a month now but I wanted to use all the features and give it some time before I wrote a review. I was a barista for several years and this is my fourth? at-home espresso machine in a few years, and I LOVE it. I genuinely didn’t know you could make espresso with bright crema on top at home until I got this machine. The texture of my lattes is smoother and creamier, the quality is better, and it’s so easy to use.
I’ll start with the cons because I only have a few:
•the steaming wand doesn’t move as much as others I’ve used and if I have a full pitcher of milk I either have to life the machine or spill the milk to remove it once it’s steamed. It also occasionally takes a bit of time to get going.. initially it seemed like it was getting slower over time but it seems more sporadic now.
•the auto shutoff is way too quick, IMO.
PROS:
•The water tank and drip tray are both really large and do not have to be refilled or emptied often
•very straightforward and easy to use once you figure out your initial preferences
•there are several options for grind level, water heat, etc and once you figure out the best one for your coffee it makes really high quality espresso every time
•the double shot is larger than most which I really like, but there’s also the single shot option
• it’s SO easy and mess-free to grind and tamp the beans
•milk frother can get milk really hot, and really smooth
•I love the americano option, it makes things so easy
• the cold brew is pretty good considering how quickly it can be made

La Especilsta Arte is a great machine!
I absolutely love this machine! My husband who never drinks espresso drinks is now using this machine almost daily too. We both love it! It is also very easy to use. We love the cold brew feature and that it has a coffee grinder in the machine.

Beautiful, well-made, easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start by saying I am not an espresso pro - I was very intimidated by learning to make drinks, but desperately wanted to learn! I was able to make a delicious drink with one quick read of the manual and minimal trial and error. There is a built-in grinder, tamping tool, a small stainless pitcher for frothing milk, and many more tools that make the process easy and integrated. I have tried all of the functions (hot water, espresso, Americano, and cold brew) and all make delicious drinks. Aside from the excellent functionality, this is a really beautiful machine. It looks great on our buffet and I enjoy the process of taking a few minutes to make drinks every morning. If you're new to espresso drinks, I highly recommend this machine! You will be up and running in no time, and if I can learn, you can too!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This De’Longhi De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo Espresso Machine with Cold is a neat machine. There is a lot to like about it. In my opinion, the best feature is how easy it is to use.
Do not be intimidated if you are new to espresso making. The instructions are simple, clear and easy to follow. It will guide you through the setup and crafting your own drinks in no time.
The machine is a bit noisy, but that is part of its charm. Cleaning it is also very simple. The parts come off with ease and are easily put back in place.
Another great feature is the look of the machine. It sits on my kitchen counter and it looks sleek, elegant, and sophisticated. I have received many compliments on it and I’m proud to show it off.
I would highly recommend this De’Longhi to others. It is a quality espresso machine. It is built very well. It makes great drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, espressos) and will also add a touch of class to any room it is in. I am very happy with mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo espresso machine! I thought I was pulling decent shots on my budget machine before using this! The espresso pulls much smoother, and I love having the built in bean grinder/doser - so much simpler to use while having so many features! I appreciate how it came with all necessary accessories for steaming milk and tamping espresso too. like how the machine accommodates coffee mugs so I can pull shots directly into my mug vs having to use separate espresso cups. I’ve tried all the features - even hot water to make tea, and it all works perfectly. The steamer wand is great and allows full control over amount of foam. It would be nice if the wand had a bit more movement to accommodate a larger pitcher since it does only move side to side vs up and down so you have to be careful to make sure the pitcher can tilt under the wand without spilling. I have noticed a huge improvement in how my coffee tastes using this!

Super-espresso!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The De'Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo has been so fun to use these past weeks. The integrated burr grinder is great- it's really quiet, and once you dial in the grind settings and dose, it's so easy going forward. The large water reservoir and easy to empty drip tray make it easy to make a lot of espresso drinks. My usual favorite is a latte, and I've got that perfected on here! The pressure gauge is nice to see that you've got the right grind and dose for optimal extraction, and it's so quiet all around. The only somewhat loud part is the steam wand, which is always the case in my experience. This steam wand is super powerful and steams milk in just a few seconds! Overall, it's easy to use once you know what you want- it's so customizable if you want to play with all the settings, between dosing, extraction temperature and extraction time. This might not be great for a total beginner unless they have help getting it dialed in. I love it so much and received it for free for testing.

easy to use and make great tasting espressos.
I've been using this for around 6 weeks, Very happy with the quality of the machine and the drinks I've been able to prepare.
However, no matter what I do, and ive tried most things, I can't stop the coffee puck sticking to the group head.
