Love the hot water feature

I love how it grinds the beans at different setti gs and brews the coffee or expresso without a filter. It also has a side feature for hot water which is great for hot chocolate or hot tea. It is very sleek and matches my kitchen perfectly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great coffee maker.

Excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so in love with this coffee and espresso machine, but my husband is especially infatuated with it. For a long time he used a one cup pod machine. He'd press the button and then let it sit for a really long time until it was cold. It was strange, but that's how he prefers his coffee. Since having this new machine he will brew his coffee over ice and then immediately drink it. He also enjoys making fancy espresso. He's becoming quite the barista in that way. As far as quality goes, I'm not sure there's much better. This is a well crafted machine that delivers. There are a ton of instructions to read through and you need to test your water before using etc. Although it was a lot, I actually appreciated it. I felt well prepared using it and know I'm keeping the quality of the machine top notch. Overall, I'm so glad we got this and I know it will be enjoyed for years to come.

New favorite way to make hot or cold coffee
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this is the most luxurious coffee maker I have ever had and makes it so simple to make a delicious cup of brew; hot or cold. Makes smooth, rich coffee and I love how easy it is to use! I was looking to switch to cold brew coffee since it causes less acidity during brewing vs normal hot brew coffee. This replaces my current brew system because its fast, very simple to use and is fully automatic for espresso with just the touch of a few buttons. Using whole beans also gives the coffee a fresher taste no matter what kind of bean you use. Being able to use your own type of coffee is a huge benefit over the other automater coffee makers I also like that it can make the cold foam using any type of milk which my other machine did not have the ability to do. I would have liked if they included a container or pitcher for the foam-making since you need a certain size and shape when using this option. I was surprised it included a water tester for optional filter which shows they are serious about producing a great tasting cup of quality coffee. Clean up was a breeze since the brew unit can be removed unlike most machines and the other parts are dishwasher safe. Hightly recommend this TrueBrew system.

My New Favorite Appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the DeLonghi Dinamica about a month ago and it has by far exceeded my expectations. Super easy to set up and use plus it makes AMAZING ESPRESSO!!!!! The set up was quick, it took me about 20 minutes to learn the functionality and set my water hardness(which I highly recommend). I love the self grinding feature, just add your beans to the hopper and choose your desired strength and size of espresso and it does the rest. From latte’s to iced coffee this thing does not disappoint. Frothing the milk takes a few times to get the hang of but is another feature that makes this unit outstanding. You will need to buy a steel pitcher in order to use this function properly as it is not supplied but inexpensive. To clean the unit you just slide the tray out to reveal the spent grounds that fall into the removable basket. This also gives you access to the water reservoir to fill or remove completely in order to clean the grinding plate. Two things I learned really quickly are when you turn the unit off it purges/cleans the pour spouts so make sure you have something under them when it turns off. The other is water does tend to accumulate in the tray so be cautious when removing the tray. All around I love this unit, I use it everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh! This Product is AMAZING!!! I love it. The instructions are so thorough and easy to understand and has pictures too! Set up was a breeze. The coffee is so good and espresso is just perfect. I like how you can grind your own beans or have already ground coffee too. I personally like to have cappuccino and the iced coffee. Iced coffee for hot days and cappuccinos for cold days. Makes it easier on my wallet too! Now I can have whatever coffee i want. My friends like using it when they come over. There isn’t anything I don’t like about this product.

Truly an amazing coffee and espresso machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing machine. It does it all and does it perfectly. It's a big machine but still fits great on a counter. It a sleek touchscreen. There is so many great features. It grinds your beans to each individual drink order to ensure that the beans are as fresh as they can be. I also get to pick the strength of coffee which is one of my favorite features. When I am feeling really tired; I can up my coffee strength to extra-strong with just a press of a button. I am an iced latte drinker. This machine allows for me to be able to have an iced latte that is not watered down. I love that I can easily froth any kind of milk to make a nice hot cappuccino. I have been using almond milk and it does a great job frothing. I do recommend however buying separately a frothing pitcher. I at first did not have a frothing pitcher when I got this machine and had difficulty finding a cup to use to froth with. I love that it cleans itself every single time I use it. This machine has a ton of features that I haven't learned yet but I am excited to try out and learn. This is truly an amazing coffee and espresso machine. Its the best one out there!

Super Coffee Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're like me and love to drink coffee every day, then I highly recommend that you buy this fantastic espresso maker. This is an amazing fully automatic espresso machine that you will look forward to using first thing in the morning and for your early afternoon pick up. I love that I can just turn this thing on and make an espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee, or regular brew so extremely easily. It has a milk frother that warms and froths milk within a minute, for that perfect cappuccino or latte. My wife loves using it for her iced coffees in the morning, and I believe that it is the first of its kind to make coffee for cold pour over. Really, if you're looking for a high end product, you can't go wrong with this one. I 10/10 recommend you buy this coffee maker for all of your coffee needs!

Smooth and Delicious Coffee

I would make myself 3 cups each morning to get the caffeine flowing in the morning. I decided to treat myself and buy the Dinamica TrueBrew. This machine is amazing!! It does everything that an industrial coffee maker does, but all in one compact/sleak machine. Their are so many different options that you can have a different style of coffee every day of the week, and it's delicious to boot! The main thing is how smooth the coffee tastes! I no longer need the 3 cups in the morning for that pick-me-up, all it takes is one! 10 out of 10, this thing is awesome!

A luxurious high end necessity for caffeine heads

Amazing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic espresso machine and I have nothing negative to say about. The "boxy" design means it is easy to place on a counter. You pull the water tank out, so you dont need a high clearance. The unit comes with hard water tests strips, after which you can install a water filter, that comes provided and fits in the tank. The machine is fully automated, it even grinds the beans to your preferred setting (you can adjust it), and spend grounds go to a tray for easy cleaning. If beans are low, you get a warning light. If anything is amiss, you get a warning light and a quick look at the manual tells you what to do. You literally just place your cup, press a button, and you are done! There is a cleaning function, and every time you turn the unit on to use, it self cleans. There is also a steamer for milk so you can make cappuccinos. I always worry about cleaning brothers, but it is simple to wipe down, and if needed, it's a quarter turn and the spout comes off so you can clean the valve and the outer casing. In terms of ease, this compares to the capsule espresso machines, with a bonus of being able to use whatever beans you want and have various strength coffee drinks. If you want something that is not default, you can program the machine to change the volume and other settings. Overall, I am super happy with this and highly recommend!!

Very Stylish and Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing! It makes great cold brew, espresso, and coffee. I love it. The machine was not self-explanatory on how to operate so I highly recommend you read the very well written directions instead of trying to figure out how to work it on your own. It is easy to use after you read the directions. It is a beautiful machine, sleek and shiny. It does take up quite some space on the counter but it is worth it. It grinds the coffee beans so you can get rid of your grinder to make some space! It comes with the cutest little ice cube tray in the shape coffee beans for your iced coffees. The bottom overflow tray is easy to remove and clean. The water reservoir is also easy to slide in/out and refill. The frother works very well and makes my drinks taste great. It makes perfectly flavored coffee and iced coffee. Because it grinds the coffee beans it always tastes fresh and it makes our home smell amazing. It is great that you can make so many different varieties of coffee for yourself or a variety of guests with just this one machine. This is a perfect addition to our kitchen!

Operation - This coffee machine is perfect for quick coffee. Because of inbuilt grinder It accepts coffee beans as well as coffee powder which gives you access to wide range of flavors. Heats up quickly in around 40 secs. Within a minute and half your coffee is ready. Touch screen surface makes it simple. Anybody can make coffee using this machine. Cold brew feature gives you option in summer time.
Nozzle to make froth is very close to the body of the machine. This makes it little difficult to move cup while making froth. Overall, its very easy to use.
Handling - Water tank integrated design makes it easily accessible. Very light weight. Coffee beans and coffee powder needs to be added from the top which is very simple. Used coffee powder is collected at the bottom in the removal tray and can be cleaned just by rinsing . Also All accessories are dishwasher safe. No complication of cleaning.
Instruction - Instruction manual is very easy to read and helpful. Test to use water filter or not is very simple in nature.
Overall - Every cup of coffee is exactly how you want with all

It offers a wide range of options from espresso to cold brew to caffe latte and everything we have brewed has been excellent. We are definitely drinking more espresso than ever before because the machine is so easy to use and it is so much more convenient (and cost effective) than going to a coffee shop. I also love that this machine comes with a bag of signature espresso blend beans and two latte glasses; it truly is a complete set for the espresso lover. Best of the best!

I am a huge iced coffee drinker and had yet been able to find a machine that brewed one just the way I like it, until now. I absolutely love the grinder, my coffee tastes so good and fresh every time. The fact that it brews at a lower temp and doesn't get watered down makes a big difference in flavor, these features are very important to me in making the perfect cup! The taste is almost identical to the ones I buy at my local coffee shop, if not better! My husband has been using the machine to make cappuccinos and has been very happy as well. We like how we can program our drinks just the way we like them (I like a lighter flavor/big cup, he likes a heavier flavor/small cup). The machine really does it all. The frother is easy to use and works well, the milk always comes out so creamy. Our drinks look and taste like they came out of a gourmet coffee shop.
A few other features I love is that is takes less than a minute to start up and use and the drip tray is very easy to remove and clean. The machine really doesn't take up as much space as my old brewer and fits perfectly in my little coffee nook. The accessories it came with are wonderful and came in very handy. I will say I felt a little overwhelmed at first with all of the buttons/features, but the manual was very easy to follow. I am comfortable using it now and I am very excited to use every feature and try new recipes! I would recommend this machine to anyone!

Absolutely what I've needed in life!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For my whole life I have always wanted an Espresso machine. It was only a plus that it had an added feature to perform over ice brewing. This espresso machine has many customizations to choose from, such as adjusting brew strength, the temperature, how many servings, and how large of a serving. The machine also comes equipped with a steam milk frother. One thing I did notice is that when I set my brew temperature to low water came out instead of steam. I don't know if that was a coincidence or not, but when I adjusted it to a higher temp it produced steam. Anyways, one of the coolest part about this is that fact it is so convenient. As long as you have beans and water in the machine and a cup under the spout you're good to brew! The machine cleans itself pre and post use. It also let's you know when the machines grounds disposal tray is full. Overall, for a beginner like myself the machine was a little bit confusing to get used to so I would take a little time getting a little familiar with it via the manual. Even though I looked at the manual it took my a good ten minutes trying to find the grounds disposal tray whoops. I would definitely recommend this product for any coffee/espresso enthusiast who is wanting that coffee house coffee right from home without spending an exuberant amount of money.

Top of the line all around!

We received the De’Longhi Dinamica TrueBrew Over Ice™ Fully Automatic Coffee and Espresso Machine and we were so excited to give it a try. We have never had a machine of this caliber and couldn't not wait to open it up and get started! So first of all, everything came so carefully packaged. The machine came in a box on its own and then there was a separate box with all kinds of goodies. We received a 12oz bag of medium roast espresso beans, two latte macchiato glasses, descaler for espresso makers, cleaning brush, water filter,
measuring spoon and the cutest ice cube tray shaped like coffee beans! This machine has it all!! Since we were not familiar with using a machine such as this, we carefully read the set up and instruction manual. It has a lot of great features. You can make espresso, espresso lungo, americano, latte, cappuccino and iced coffee. The milk frother is super easy to use but again it took me a little time to get comfortable using it. But once you see how easy it is, it's no problem! You can adjust the settings to you liking, like hotter or cooler temps, adjust grind settings with 13 setting adjustable built-in steel burr grinder (yes it also has a built in grinder!), and programmable brew strengths and sizes. We love how you get a fresh ground cup every time! The grinds and excess water from cleaning come out in the tray along the bottom. It is super quick and easy to remove and empty. The espresso comes out smooth and so flavorful. My husband is partial to the americano and I love a latte! We are enjoying this new coffee and espresso machine SO MUCH! This machine is 5 star luxury all the way!!

Exceptionally Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine brews the best coffee I've ever tasted, and that's including at professional coffee shops. The built-in grinder really elevates it, and it brews everything so perfectly so that it's never too weak or tastes burned. And the iced coffee is absolutely wonderful. I think I use that setting even more than I use the frother, which is saying something.
It's also remarkably intuitive and easy to use. I've never made many of these varieties of coffee myself before, but the machine does pretty much everything for you, and the manual is clear and easy to understand. There are also lots of videos from De'Longhi on YouTube that walk you through more complicated drinks step-by-step, which I appreciate. I'm now obsessed with trying new drinks.
It also is so easy to clean. This machine does pretty much everything itself, including cleaning. You just press a button and it's done.
The quality of this machine is second to none, and I highly recommend it.

I've Never Made Better Coffee!

The great thing about the Dinamica is it does both! A couple barista friends tried it out and agree that it is on-par with professional machines you'd find in a coffee shop. "Fully automatic" is an apt description, as the Dinamica is super simple and straight forward. I also appreciate the adjustable spout heights and the ability for the grinder to handle any bean.

What a wonderful machine

Best thing ever!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best coffee maker imaginable. The coffee tastes incredible, it is super easy to use once you get used to it, and it does so much!
It took me a little while to understand all the features, but once I got the hang of it I have been so happy! It honestly does so much. My favorite so far has been the coffee over ice, especially since it is summer. My office provides expensive cold-brew and this honestly tastes better.
The design is incredible and matches my apartment perfectly. Honestly, I hate having things visible on a counter, but this seems like it was designed for the space. My only issue is how the white sticker is visible on the side with the water tank.
The instructions, packagings, and additional items included help you see the time and energy that went into making this such an incredible product. I can never go back to a normal drip machine again.

Great espresso, takes time to learn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start this review by stating I am a novice. I have no experience using anything more complex than my drip coffee maker. Initially, this machine was a bit intimidating, although it looks pretty sleek. It has taken some time to develop confidence and remember each step of the process, although after a few weeks, my husband and I are both capable of making our own cup of espresso or iced coffee. The automatic coffee grinder is helpful, as we can pour beans in and let the machine do its work in measuring and grinding based off each of our strength preferences.
My recommendation for improvement would be more visuals in the instruction manual. There are several parts and buttons on the machine that are referenced throughout the manual, so to continue to flip back & forth to the initial product drawing is a bit frustrating. It would also be helpful to have more quick start guides or a "before your first cup" quick guide.
Overall, it is a great addition to our kitchen. We've loved having fresh espresso without much fuss in the mornings. The ratio for iced coffee is perfect, especially with the addition of a little milk or cream.

Impressive Results and Nice Looking Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, the De’Longhi Dinamica makes great espresso. It looks nice on the counter and has a ton of features for perfecting and adjusting everything from the output volume to the temperature.
I was expecting a machine that was “fully automatic” and in many regards this machine meets that description, especially for espresso. But it is less so when you’re after cappuccinos or lattes. There’s no single button that makes those drinks from start to finish – you need to pull the espresso shot and then manually use the frother to get the correct thickness and proportions of foam and/or hot milk to add to the espresso.
As someone who has never used a milk frother before I found that portion intimidating and difficult. I also had trouble finding an appropriate vessel to use when frothing the milk – the frother arm didn’t reach the liquid with the first 2 cups that I tried. It would be nice if there was a milk frothing pitcher included with the machine since it’s an essential part of making those drinks.
I did appreciate some of the other design features, notably the indicator level for the overflow tray, the front accessible water tank and self-cleaning function. I suspect with more practice and lots of re-reading of the (very in depth) instruction manual this machine is going to become a favorite.

I really want to like it...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought getting this machine would be a one way ticket to espresso town, and within minutes of setting I would be making great coffee with a well known brand of coffee makers, but that wasn’t the case. The instructions are not clear, and I feel like a YouTube video should be made instead. I can’t seem to get a dark cup of coffee made, but hopefully that’s a user issue and not the machine. After about an hour of trial and error of setting up the machine I finally got a cup of coffee made (or was it espresso??), and it tasted great. While the machine is beautiful and could get guests talking about it, I may stick with my trusty pod single serving coffee maker.
