Dishwasher Delivery & Installation

• Bring the dishwasher into your home within its box
• For an additional fee, we'll haul away your old dishwasher if it's disconnected and removed from the cabinets

• Safely disconnect your old dishwasher from the existing outlet
• Connect your new dishwasher to your functional shutoff valve and, if necessary, replace your water line with an included hose kit (up to 5 ft)
• Connect your dishwasher to your existing dishwasher drain-T and connect the new drain hose supplied by the manufacturer (limited to length of hose)
• Secure your dishwasher to a solid countertop (not Corian, stone or tile) or side-mounting (if kit is required, it must be purchased separately) 

For an additional cost, we can do the following:

• Replacement of substandard plumbing
• Replacement of shutoff valve
• Installation of drain-T or drainpipe
• Installation of 8 ft 120v 17A line cord, angled
• Drilling into Corian, stone, or tile countertops
• Raising a countertop
• Building or altering custom cabinetry
• Installation of custom panels
• Cutting out of existing dishwasher due to raised flooring
• Haul away your old dishwasher

• Existing code-compliant plumbing with a functional 3/8" water shutoff valve
• Existing 115V electrical line at your dishwasher's chosen spot

• The dishwasher's hose can reach a connection up to five feet away. If the distance between your dishwasher's spot and these connections is greater, you'll need to purchase an extended-length hose.
• Clear your path, and make sure your doorways, hallways, and stairways are wide enough for your dishwasher to pass through.
• Make sure you have the required minimum space for your new dishwasher's height and width. Please note that we're not responsible for any aesthetic differences due to changes in the dishwasher's dimensions.
• Clear out the area under your sink so we'll have room to work, and secure any pets.
• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.

• Your dishwasher will be delivered curbside at your home with no installation or in-home placement.
• Kindly note that this is the only option for delivery addresses outside of the P.C. Richard & Son local area.
• Unfortunately haul-away is not an option for freight deliveries.

• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 (19 in Nebraska or Alabama) must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• Have a hand truck ready to move your dishwasher, and make sure at least one more person is around to help.
