Happy with new vaccuum
I bought this to replace my old one which died after 25 + years. I feel that this one is quieter, but heavier than the older one. I'm happy with the amount of suction with each of the attachments. It's easier to open for removing bunny fur ... than the old one. I love that it stays charged much longer than the old one.
I would definitely buy it again and recommend it.

Wonderful and lightweight!

Suction is quite strong. Battery lasts about 10-15 min. Filter has to be emptied regularly, but that is expected and makes for a nice start out the next cleaning time.

Small but mighty

Great Hand Held Vacuum
The Dyson Car & Boat vacuum is a great hand held vacuum. The suction is top notch. I own a Dyson V7 Animal and all the attachments for it also fit the Dyson Car & Boat. The hand held is basically a V8 Model. so you can't go wrong.

Car+Boat Vacuum
I bought the Car+Boat vacuum a month ago and love it for small jobs around the house. Most importantly, I use it at least weekly on the steps to the second floor. I was using my regular Dyson which worked -- but it was heavy. I love this new small Dyson for this job!

Great Handheld Vacuum!
This handheld vacuum is wonderful. I love the attachments - which are so thoughtful and well designed. Since I bought this about a month ago, I have hardly used my other vacuums. This one is so handy for cleaning up cat hair on my furniture and litter debris and other crumbs all over. There is an attachment for every type of job and they are extremely easy to swap. Only thing that is kind of a pain is emptying the canister. You have to pull really hard to open and to avoid a mess you have to have the canister deeply inside of the trashcan - to prevent a dust ball from flying upwards. I have a very small trashcan so this part gets messy although I'm sill trying to work out a technique.

Another great Dyson product
Overall, I love my Car+Boat handheld. It is perfect for small jobs and when I don’t want to get my slightly heavier Dyson Outsize out of the closet. Great suction, the same great attachments that I’m accustomed to, and long lasting battery life. The only way it could be better in my opinion is if it had interchangeable batteries so I could charge and continue to vacuum.

Compact-sized machine that packs a lot of muscle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little/compact GIANT of a machine packed with a lot of muscle in a lightweight design. Ergonomically designed, with an amazingly strong suction and the right types of accessories that comes with the base package. After a 5-6 weeks of use for 2 cars, I am continually amazed by how long the battery lasts after 10 cleaning sessions of two cars! The filtration is amazing, which I have come to expect from a Dyson. I can’t wait to get the added accessories that are currently sold out! Thank you!

Great car/boat vacuum

It is definitely what one would expect from a Dyson, quality in design and powerful performance, quality materials, convenient and portable, and a perfect size. The Car+Boat handheld vacuum is an excellent addition to my cleaning repertoire to ensure healthy maintenance of my home and vehicles. Its size and tools are perfectly designed for cleaning close quarters; the canister size holds just enough space, and so easy to clean and sanitize! I have respiratory issues and the Dyson filter on this product is as good as all the other Dyson prods I own; being able to clean them is a plus, and does not disappoint! Awesome product!

Good suction!
I have been using this vacuum for about a month. I use it on my stairs and around a kitty litter box. It has very good suction and the battery lasts about 30 minutes for each charge. There is a "max" option and that really works good. I like this vacuum. Better than the other brands, which I did purchase before this one.

Easy to use!
I love the ease, power, and portability of this Dyson Handheld! I don't have a boat, but I have vehicles and it works great on hard-to-maneuver spaces like stairs and upholstery too!

Lightweight, plenty of power.
This is a great little machine for quick pickups where you don’t need to go get the “big” vacuum. Plenty of suction power, small, lightweight, easy to handle. The spare tools help you customize the vacuum to the job at hand. I wish it had a wall hanger like the earlier models had but a small quibble.
