[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum has changed how I clean my house! It quickly mapped my three bedroom home and went straight to vacuuming. The stand is compact, but the vacuum canister is large enough to not have to empty every day and the water canisters also hold a lot. The app is next level at customization, since you can set it to only vacuum certain areas. My favorite is that you can set a schedule and have it vacuum and then mop areas twice, so glad this was offered by Dyson!

I was at the point where I was considering getting a maid for my house because I just can't keep up with the dust (and I never mop), but now this quite literally replaced that need for me. It vaccums and mops my whole house within 2 hours and leaves it spotless. I love how you can set schedules and have it clean specific rooms. I like to do a daily vaccum, and then vaccum and mop 3 times a week. I have no pets and *try* to leave my shoes at the door and to see how dirty the water is equally disqusting and satisfying. gifted by Dyson

Lifesaver robot vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy mom, this robot vacuum has been such a helpful addition to my daily routine. It takes a lot pressure off keeping the floors clean, especially on busy days when I don’t have enough energy after a long day.
It does a great job covering about 90% of my floors. Since it has a circular shape, it can’t fully reach corners or tight spots. Once a week, I still go in and clean those areas manually, but that’s expected. I like how quiet it is. I can let it run without it being disruptive.
It transitions smoothly between different surfaces like hardwood floors, tile, and carpet without any issues. Even in areas where the flooring is slightly raised, it’s able to climb over and continue cleaning without getting stuck. It’s also low profile enough to glide under the footrest of my dining table which makes the whole process feel seamless.
The app is also very intuitive and easy to use. It maps out the house over time, and I noticed it takes a couple of cleaning sessions for it to fully recognize and log all the furniture, but once it does, the navigation gets much better. I can schedule cleaning through the app when I’m away, so I can come home to clean floors without doing anything.
The only thing I haven’t tested yet is the mopping feature since the box doesn’t come with the cleaning solution. I placed an order and I'm still waiting for it to arrive, so I can’t speak on that part just yet.
Highly recommend if you can afford one. It’s been a really convenient, time saving tool that helps me stay on top of everyday cleaning with minimal effort.

This is the future!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the future! I can’t believe the technology, ease of use and how clean it keeps my floors with very little effort on my part.
Set-up: first of all, set up was SUPER easy! I downloaded the Dyson app which walks you through a quick set-up and directions on how to use it (total process took 10 minutes) to start mapping my house, connect to wifi and quickly initiate the first clean.
Cleaning: I was able to set up automatic cleaning sessions custom to the room based on vacuum + washing levels. I activated one cleaning session remotely while I was at the beach and came home to perfectly clean floors! The machine detects what is carpet and what is hard wood floors (I have an even mix of both). It will vacuum in the front component and follow with the mopping roller, leaving minimal water behind. It also self-dires the mopping roller which I found really cool! I was able to map my upstairs and manually place it upstairs without the dock. The device and dock itself is large but I found a perfect spot in my laundry closet so it’s tucked away. Gifted by Dyson for testing purposes and I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely life changing!

This is a big boy, comes with 1 filter for vacuumed, 1 reservoir for dirty water & a clean water reservoir. Plug it in, charge it up, set up the app & watch it go to work! I have been using Dyson products for years and was intrigued to try their wet and dry robot vacuum. I take pride in keeping my home clean and vacuuming and mopping is a part of my daily routine. The convenience of Wet and Dry functions worked out perfect for my household. I would recommend taking your time to understand how it works using the My Dyson app. The set up is easy and it comes with clear instructions. I love how Effortlessly it takes care of the spills and the stain detect technology takes care of all stains effectively. I appreciate that it cleans repeatedly until the mess is taken care of. The battery lasts pretty long (almost 200 minutes). It cleans every corner and helps me design my personalised cleaning needs. My perfect cleaning partner for a spotless home I take pride in! Such a huge helper!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this was was very easy to set up, I just downloaded the app and it mapped my house really quick! I changed how the rooms were labeled a bit and now I can tell it to clean any room or area. It is very good at vacuuming and mopping, which is rare to see in any robot I’ve owned and I’ve owned a few. Usually it is good at one or the other. But this one seems pretty efficient. The only thing it does is leaves a small amount of water behind, but that dries quickly. I like how the roller can move back and forth to get hard to reach areas. Definitely able to reach more than our previous robot. Our kids leave a lot of crumbs and spills and this vac really helps our house stay clean. It’s been a huge help around the house and it feels so much better to wake up every morning to a nice clean floor. Gifted by Dyson for my honest review.

I honestly love the design of this mopping vacuum. The base is a little bigger than some other vacuums I’ve seen, but it looks sleek and feels very sturdy. What really impressed me is how powerful it is. Even on quiet mode it cleans my tile floors amazingly well. My tiles have honestly never looked this clean before. The setup was also super simple and quick.
The initial scan of my home took less than 10 minutes, which surprised me because I have a pretty big house. Everything was easy to connect and start using right away. Overall, it made keeping my floors clean so much easier.

Finally, there’s someone smart in our house

Even though I was joking in the title, this vacuum cleaner really is very smart, and thanks to it, my dream of waking up to a clean and tidy floor has finally come true! I have two sons, one a teenager and the other a toddler, and no matter how much I clean during the day, the floor is always covered in crumbs by the evening. I also have a cat that constantly sheds hair. And since I put the younger one to bed early, there’s no way for me to clean in the evening.
With Dyson, the rules of the game have changed! Now I go to put the baby to bed, and in the meantime my robot vacuums and mops the floors, so our house is always clean. It’s very quiet and doesn’t interfere with sleep at all. The only caveat is that the base needs to be located far from the bedroom because it cleans itself quite loudly.
Another thing I really appreciate is the maneuverability. The robot moves around the house very smoothly, easily navigating around furniture, corners, and other obstacles without getting stuck. It reaches different areas of the floor effortlessly, which makes the cleaning even more effective.
The filtration system is also impressive. It does a great job of trapping dust, pet hair, and fine particles, which helps keep the air in the house feeling cleaner and fresher—something I especially appreciate with a cat and kids.
I also like how ergonomic and well-designed the whole system is. Everything from the app controls to the containers and water tank feels very thoughtfully designed and easy to handle. It’s simple to empty, refill, and maintain without any hassle.
It’s very easy to use and very intuitive. Thanks to the app on your phone, you can program it to suit your needs, from choosing the rooms you want to clean to setting the time you want it to run. It’s also very easy to maintain—the containers are simple to clean and refill, and you can use a special floor cleaning solution.
I can’t put into words how much it has made my life easier, how much time it saves me—time I can now spend with my children instead of cleaning. I’m so happy to have such a helpful assistant.

There are always crumbs after snacks, spilled juice, toys on the floor — something is always happening. Before this, I often felt like I was constantly sweeping or quickly wiping the floor.
With this robot, things have honestly become a lot easier. It does a really good job picking up crumbs, dust, and all those little things that seem to appear on the floor when you have kids. Especially around the kitchen table — that’s usually where the biggest mess happens after meals. The suction is strong enough to grab everything in one go, which saves so much time.
I also like how it moves around the house. It navigates pretty carefully around toys, chair legs, and other things on the floor. With kids, that really matters because our floors are rarely completely clear. Using it feels really effortless — I don’t have to think about it or wrestle with it, which is a big part of the “ergonomics” for me. It just gets the job done with minimal effort.
It’s also fairly quiet. Sometimes I run it while the kids are playing or watching cartoons and it doesn’t bother anyone. I’ve also noticed that the air feels a little fresher afterward — the filtration system really traps dust and tiny particles, which is nice in a busy household where dirt builds up fast.
Honestly, for me it’s just a huge help in everyday life. When you have kids, little messes happen all the time, and it’s really nice having something that can handle that without me constantly having to step in. This is easily the most advanced and robust robot cleaner we have ever had in our home, and it truly feels engineered for real family life. One of the first things I noticed is that the robot sits higher off the ground than many others. That extra clearance is fantastic because it helps it move smoothly over different surfaces and prevents it from getting stuck like some older models I’ve used. It navigates confidently and handles transitions around the house with ease. The technology is also incredibly impressive to watch. The green laser that reveals hidden dust and stains is honestly one of the coolest features. You can actually see it identifying messes on the floor that you might otherwise miss. Watching it track down crumbs, dust, and little spills feels almost futuristic, and the results speak for themselves because my floors were left sparkling clean. I also love that it both vacuums and mops. The cleaning system is very sophisticated and constantly cycles dirty water out while bringing in fresh water from the base. That means it is always cleaning with clean water instead of spreading dirty water around the floor. The roller is washed as it goes, which makes the whole system feel incredibly hygienic and well engineered. The AI navigation is another huge upgrade. Great addition to my household

Absolute Must Have Works Amazing

Mapping was incredibly easy, the setup was very quick, and the instructions were super simple to follow. What surprised me even more was how fast the MyDyson™ app worked. The app is a big part of this vacuum so with this one, everything loaded instantly, no glitches, no waiting which is very very helpful.
It easily mapped my entire house, and once the map was created, editing it was just as simple. You can customize areas, adjust rooms, and control exactly where you want it to clean. The options are so amazing, you can choose to just vacuum, or vacuum and mop, and even adjust the strength of each setting depending on what your floors need.
Setting up cleaning schedules is also very convenient. I love that I can program it for later and not even think about it. It moved around the house very smoothly , not a lot of noise but when it self cleans there is loud noise for few seconds also when its cleaning the mop there is some noise but it was bearable for us, nothing that would bother us too much.
The feature I really, really love? I barely have to do anything. It self-cleans, automatically washes the mop rollers, and even dries them. That drying feature is huge because wet mop liners can get smelly quickly and this completely eliminates that issue.
The app runs smoothly with zero glitches, and the cleaning performance is incredible. My kids make a lot of spills and crumbs, and this picked up everything so well. It truly saves so much time and effort.
