Make your life easier
I had a DC24 for 15 years! I got V15 as a replacement and have been very happy with it. It is a bit lighter. The battery lasts around 50 min for me. I have a two story home with hardwood and area rugs. Maneuverability is similar to the DC 24 but better. I can get in smaller tighter spaces and underneath lower items. The suction is much better and this unit has a screen that tells you how many particles that you’ve picked up and that’s totally amazing. You will find out that you pick up a lot with this. The versatility on this machine is really great. It comes with three heads one for the hardwood floor and I use it on the lower carpets and one for the carpets and rug and it also cleans with a floor cleaning head. I have not had any problems with it. You just kinda have to keep an eye on how much dirty water is in the tray and keep it level as you carry it to the sink to pour it out. The floor dries quickly after use. I also like the new way that you clean out the bin, you press down the lever and it just shoots it down into the trash and the filter is Hepa so it’s great. I have had no issues with hair on the brush bar or the hardwood floor bar. Super easy to use and is making my life easier.

Love this vacuum. It is truly amazing how much dust is on the floor that you don't see until you use the attachment with the light. This vacuum works perfectly on hardwood and tile floors which is what I needed. So glad I purchased!

Freedom!
This is my 3rd Dyson. I still have an upright I use in basement, my small tank pull along but my favorite is my Dyson 15Vs as no cords to tangle around furniture. Love the suction and partials filtered. Seeing the dust come off the hardwood floors is amazing. What I love most of all is the cordless freedom to just pick it up and vacuum the high traffic areas on the carpets daily. Finally vacuuming is fun and not a tug of war I dreaded.

Perfect purchase
I am so glad I purchased my Dyson Submarine V15s. I was amazed how much dirt was left from my other Vacuum. I love the attachments, the wet broom "Submarine" is perfect for our hard wood floor. I just need to find the best additive to give the room a clean smell. After a few minutes I looked at the filtration system and couldn't believe what was picked up. The Battery seemed to get me through the work I needed to do.

pertinent features for home use in cleaning
recent purchase and performance thus far working very well as would be expected form a Dyson product. may need a second battery to complete the jobs in the home versus waiting for hours to recharge. it would be helpful to have access to detailed instructions or videos on the various attachments and functions in actual use.

Worthy replacement to the Dyson Animal.
I had a Dyson Animal for over 10 years and loved it. We bought this one to replace the old one and are very happy. Picks up dog hair out of our area rug better than the old one. The mop feature, once I figured out exactly how to make it work, was wonderful. If I have a complaint it is that I would have liked a manual with a bit more info than I was provided. Overall it is wonderful.

I am in love with my new vacuum and actually like to vacuum now! Very versatile! No cord to deal with, good suction, great attachments and can even wet mop my wood floors or work as a dust buster! No bags to keep stocked and easy ejection emptying into trash bin.

My first Dyson product & I love it. The suction is great & I like the convenience & simplicity of switching the attachments. I am very impressed with the lighted detect feature. I purchased the ‘submarine’ model & it works great for touching up my hardwood floors, especially with my dog tracking with his wet paws.

Love the mop feature
The mop feature was a little scary at first, but once I used it, I found it to be awesome. So easy to use. I was a little embarrassed by the color of the water, I did not realize my floors were that dirty. I do have a steam cleaner but now I can vacuum and mop my floors in between with little effort and without having to dig out multiple appliances for my daily cleaning chores.

Great Solution
Our home and new floor finish, two dogs and woodstove leave smudges on the floor after swifter use. I was going through a lot of swifters as they just smear it around after initially getting used. Your Dyson V15s Detect Submarine gets it done. It took a while and a couple videos to show me how, but I am rolling now, literally. I sweep thoroughly before and still find (chunks) when I clean it out. Great thing, but after my Dyson Animal beat every vacuum I have ever seen, used or heard of I just expected you would make a wet vac that kicked tail, you do

I love it. I use to have to go over my floors 3 to 4 times. Now I use one of the sweeping attachments and then the mopping and I’m done.
Always disassemble and clean the mopping attachment after every use or it will get stinky.

LOVE my Dyson 15
for some years I always thought why should I spend a lot of money to purchase a Dyson vaccum. I recently sale and a bulky cannister vacuum that had me frustrated had me rethink the price and purchase. I purchased a Dyson 15 with submarine about a month ago and have been telling everyone about my excitement over this purchase. I am vacuuming constantly now and have learned more about the dust and dog hair in our home than I ever know. I can't believe the dirt and pet hair the Dyson gets up. The lighted attachment has shown me how pet hair has become imbedded in my waxed hardwood floor. This is leading me to stripping the wax off my wood floors. The worm hair tool is awesome for picking up pet hair on bed covers and couches. I can't say enought about how happy I am with this vaccum.

The best there is....
I have always had Dyson vacuum cleaners but this one is a game changer . If you hate vacuuming your place,this Machine will make you love doing it. Easy to use,battery lasts like forever, comes with three attachments one for vacuuming on carpet, one for hard floors and one for mopping. I love the one for hard floors coz it allows you to see how much dust there is on your floor which is hard to see with your asked eyes. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who cares to keep his or her place clean.

It sure does detect!
I'm an existing Dyson owner. Specifically, I have a V11 (no fluffy head or replaceable battery). I've been wanting a floor washer for a while and the fluffy optic head looked like it'd be a nice upgrade for my LVP flooring, so I bit the bullet and got the V15s Detect Submarine while it was on sale.
I vacuumed thoroughly with my V11 while the V15s was charging. Then, I put the Fluffy Optic head on the V15s and realized how much the V11 left behind. It turns out the bristles just didn't get into the faux wood grain in the LVP so fine dust was getting missed every time. The fluffy head has wider coverage that really forces the suction directly to the floor, so it's been able to pick up everything my old V11 left behind.

The V-15 is incredible! I am so embarrassed knowing that there is so much dirt in my house that I couldn't see until I put the lighted roller on! I have a Golden Retriever so you can imagine how much hair is dropped. This picks up everything, I am so pleased. I am really loving the wet submarine portion of it. I have an injured arm, so mopping is a little tough. Now I can actually clean my floors like a wet mop. I highly recommend this product.

I can’t tell you how much I love this vacuum. Cleaning makes it a pleasure. Before I was using a regular vacuum. But with the attachment that has a green light you will be amazed how much dust is on your floors. This vacuum takes care of it. And I don’t have to worry that all this dust goes on my surfaces. Worth the Investment
The Dyson V15 Detect Submarine is the ultimate vacuum and floor cleaner! It is also very humbling because the detect feature shows you just how dirty your floors can be. I purchased this particular device to save time and clean more efficiently. It surpassed my expectations. I have three dogs and live in a home that has a lot of dust. I can clean multi-surfaces and vacuum my couch using the attachments in half the time it used to take. The V15 is much quieter than my older V6 and the suction is more powerful. I also like the ease of discharging the dirt from the canister. I am a Dyson aficionado and own many devices from headphones to fans, haircare, and vacuums. The V15 is my absolute favorite and well worth the hefty price tag. You won’t buy another vacuum for the next ten years if you invest in the V15.

This is my second Dyson V15, I also have the Dyson 360 Nav. They are great products, battery life is good. Suction is amazing. I love the different attachments I am able to have and use. the filtration is also very good. Over all I am 100% please with my purchase of the V15 Detect Submarine, it does an wonderful job cleaning the floors.
