Huge improvement over my Whirlpool top-loader
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new laundry tower for about three weeks and have done at least a dozen loads. I couldn't be more pleased with the unit. It is very quiet, even when spinning and so far has never been off balanced, even when washing rugs, tennis shoes, and mixed loads with towels. The Whirlpool stack it replaced would go off balance on nearly every load, no matter what was being washed. With the Electrolux, my clothes come out cleaner and so far aren't getting over dried. I use powder detergent and was worried it would build up in the detergent drawer, but that has not happened. I have made the decision to not use liquid fabric softener with my new unit because I've read it can clog up machines, and I honestly haven't noticed any difference in the softness of my clothes, even towels. I guess the superior wash and dry cycles are keeping the fabrics soft on their own.

While it is a bit louder than we are used to, I will take that. Love the middle controls so that a stool is not needed for the above unit to operate. Would recommend to any looking to replace both units.

TheLaundry Tower that saved me post hurricane
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had just bought and gotten my washer and dryer installed when hurricane Lamont came to visit big Island. We received a delusion of rain and wind and many of my things got wet. I was able to wash and dry them because I am off grid and with the 15 minute energy, saving options I was able to save my battery so I could charge my devices and my friends that didn’t have power could come over and charge your devices and take showers. Great Product so far…
Just installed this unit a few days ago. It’s very easy to use, controls are intuitive. It washes great and drys well too. Need to get used to the dryer a bit. Vey quiet with no vibration at all even on the spin cycle. Fits in a tight space using a close turn elbow.
Time will tell on reliability and durability. Glad I got it.

New High Tech Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We'd previously balked at purchasing major appliances with "too much" digital or electronic controls as we were leary about failures.
When our last "analog" washer/dryer recently failed this machine firstly caught our attention with it's clean and smart appearance, and it offers a greater capacity while actually being a tad narrower (and so able to fit the same footprint)
The controls are fairly simple and intuitive, and my wife appreciates finally stepping up to more modern features.

The space is quite tight so we landed on this laundry tower unit and it fit perfect! Its not too load and offers a ton of space in the washer and dryer unit.

Super quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quiet this washer dryer set is, I can't hear it go into spin mode from another room. The washer cleans clothes really well with only one hiccup, smaller socks sometimes get hung up in the door gasket while washer is agitating. Both the washer and dryer are easy to get into to grab the load of laundry easily. The link filter on the dryer is a bit awkward at first but easy to clean.

Use to hesitate and afraid to operate?

My Samsung was only 5yrs old and it basically fell apart, internal parts just broke apart, and water flooded my condo (so glad I’m on the first floor!) It was so loud, it sounded like a jet engine in a test cell😂 My new Electrolux is quiet, efficient, and my clothes are actually clean. I actually had tears of joy that it operates so well, and my neighbors don’t get me the evil eye about any loud noises from my washer. Thank you. (Waylon/washer & Jenny/dryer)
