Very Nice Cooktop!

Electrolux 36 in cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Building a new house! We ordered a Cafe cooktop over a year ago but due to Covid excuses at installation time it wasn’t available so we had to “settle” for the Electrolux. What we got was in my opinion an upgrade. We couldn’t be happier. Its a great product and perfectly fits our decore.

Great 36” Gas Cooktop…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve seen several cooktops & this Electrolux gas cooktop is superior, it is very versatile & spacious. Very easy to clean. I can put large pots on it with room to spare.
I would purchase the gas cooktop again!

Great cooktop

Gas Cooktop

We were both a little apprehensive when we saw we were getting a gas cooktop in our new home and had already started talking about replacing it with induction. But after using it, we were very pleased. Our previous experiences with gas were less than stellar. The units we had used in the past just never seemed to get hot enough, but this one cooks as well as our previous induction cooktop.

Fabulous Cooktop

When it first was installed the knobs were really stiff and hard to move. I didn’t know if this was going to be an issue. But, then they loosened up over the next couple of days. Extremely impressed with the quality. No complaints!

Perfect Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit just got installed about two weeks ago and we were immediately impressed.
First, it's beautiful design. Minimal, clean lines. Knobs light up softly when the burner is on. The grates are substantial, heavy (in a good way) and run all the way across the unit so pots and pans stay level. Several friends have commented on it immediately after walking into the kitchen. It looks amazing.
Second, it works beautifully. Burners light quickly and evenly. The knobs have a solid feel as you rotate them to find the perfect flame intensity. And the flame is super responsive even to small movements of the knows. Pans have heated evenly and our food tastes amazing.
We would recommend this cooktop. We're so glad we have it.

"Grate" cook top!

Love our cooktop for so many reasons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even the installers we impressed with our new cooktop and they've installed thousands of various brands. We can already see benefits over our old cooktop (different brand). The burners turn on immediately and throw out some awesome heat. We love the placement of the controls and the lighting features on the controls. I have been know to forget and leave the stove on. Lights on the controls will help prevent that. from happening. Having the controls across the front instead of in a clustered center, allows us to place hot cookie sheets or cassaroles on the grates to cool without interfering with the knobs. Above all, we are so impressed with the quality and functionality. We highly recommend this cooktop!

Beautiful product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this installed nearly a week ago, replacing a different brand of gas cooktop, and immediately noticed a huge difference in how quickly our cookware heats up. It looks beautiful, and works even better. The burners ignite nearly instantly where the old model would click several times before lighting. The man that installed it was so lovely, he did a fantastic job demoing it to me once he was done. There was one small problem we found with one of the burners afterwards and Electrolux sent a technician out within a couple days to fix it. The technician was stellar, too! He figured out the problem in a matter of minutes and had it fixed in under 15, and when he was done he took the time to give me several pointers about caring for it to keep it in top condition. The one thing I would point out is that it recommends medium heat for making pancakes on the griddle accessory but that was far too hot! Our first batch of pancakes were burnt in seconds, so we've learned to be way more conservative with the heat settings on this one.

Looks Awesome and VERY Precise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop is outstanding. VERY solid construction and the knobs are very precise and easy to use. The flame is localized and directed well, we are teaching the kids to cook so having a smaller, more-directed fire has been very helpful as opposed to our old cooktop where the flame came out really far. I also like the spacing on the heating areas, the larger middle flame is awesome but plenty of room to cook multiple things at once. Looks more like we are in a professional kitchen now too!

I do not like the stainless steel front panel where the knobs are, it scratches too easily & I can’t even use paper towel on it because that will scratch it.

100% would NOT buy again
This was recommended to replace a cooktop that was on back order for a new home build. Wish I would have waited for the back ordered cooktop. Came with spots on the stainless steel, was sent a new SS piece but still waiting for the other knob parts so I can replace it. This isn't a big deal as long as I eventually receive the replacement parts. The finish itself is hard to keep clean even though it is SS, I am not sure why but I have never had such a difficult time with an SS cooktop before. The burners are a cheap finish and are ruined after the first spill. The piece surrounding the control knobs is poorly designed and captures spills and difficult to clean. Finally, for some reason this burns loud. I have had multiple people comment on how loud the burners are when on. Positives are the control knobs are heavy and good quality and the burners work well.
