Perfection!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is everything I wanted and more. I love the space! I plan to use it to store deer meat when hunting season comes along. It also turns into a fridge if needed so if my fridge goes out I can switch it or a hurricane, I can hook up to the generator. Also, not worry about my items in there for a few days. I have mine inside at the moment and it’s quiet all around. Very spacious, tight seal, easy to use and set up. I love the baskets it came with to store small items so they don’t get lost. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new spacious freezer.

Huge garage freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting a garage freezer for a very long time. Mainly for storing excess meat that I didn’t plan on using in the next month or so. I finally got one and I love it. Ample room, baskets for smaller items, and external controls make this extremely handy and useful. Can’t wait to get it fully stocked up.

Perfect to store a half cow in my freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a large chest freezer for my garage for many years now. One of my dreams was always to buy a half cow so that I could save a lot of money in beef and get a lot of premium cuts. Now I finally am able to and I could be happier. I love that this freezer is equipped with a handy light that is surprisingly bright. The baskets at the top are also going to be very handy for smaller items. Can’t wait to get it fully stocked.

Cool Freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer is a great addition to our home and the white finish gives it such a clean look. With 10 cubic feet of space, it holds so much extra food for our family. The baskets inside keep small items organized and easily accessible. The interior light helps with seeing all our items too. The temperature stays stable and consistent, plus I can see it and adjust it on the external temp controller. I also like the power-on light indicator on the outside as I can quickly check it to make sure the freezer is on. We haven't used the defrost feature yet, but appreciate having the option plus access to an easy water drain spot.

Frigidaire Chest Freezer: Spacious and Reliable

This freeze is huge, and will be able to store tons of stuff. This is a great choice for anyone who needs a solid extra cold storage solution without sacrificing flexibility or build quality.
From bulk grocery trips to long-term food storage, this freezer delivers solid performance. With 10 cubic feet of capacity, there’s more than enough space for large cuts of meat, frozen meals, and bulk food purchases. It is wide, and deep inside, making it easy to stack and organize, while the removable baskets are perfect for keeping smaller items like ice cream for the kids. It’s a great size for families like ours who need extra freezer space, and the kitchen freezer is not enough.
Temperature performance is where I was the most impressed. The digital exterior controls allow you to set and monitor temperatures without needing to open the lid. Cooling is consistent throughout, helping to ensure no freezer burn and our food stays properly frozen. We put a freezer thermometer in to compare the setting temperature to the actual temperature, and it holds the correct temperature perfectly.
The freezer is well built. This unit feels sturdy, from the simple, easy to clean interior to the lid that stays open easily. This makes loading and unloading simple, plus there is a light in there to see what you are looking for. The tight-sealing lid helps ensure the temperature stays consistant and no cold escapes. Living in the south, the garage gets very hot, and unlike many freezers that struggle in these summer temperatures, this one is built to operate in these conditions. I knew I could put this in the garage without worrying about performance issues caused by seasonal temperature swings.

Great Chest Freezer

Amazing freezer to have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a long while, I’ve wanted to have a chest freezer. It would make it easier on the budget to buy stuff on sale and freeze for later use. This freezer is a 10 cubic foot chest freezer from Frigidaire. It’s a trusted brand that we know we can rely on. It was an easy decision to buy this model. There’s many great aspect of this freezer. For one, it is convertible which means it can be a freezer or refrigerator. You can change the temperature on both options. I really like the LED light because it wasn’t something I expected in a chest freezer since this is my first chest freezer. But it really makes sense and it’s so handy to have. If there is an outage, the whole thing can stay frozen for up to 36 hours with the door shut. Overall, I am so happy to have this 10 cubic foot chest freezer from Frigidaire and recommend this to anyone!

A Garage Freezer or Refrigerator!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One word: Spectacular!!! This freezer is designed to be a garage freezer but it nice enough to place inside the home and look great. I bought this to replace an Upright Freezer I had in the garage, but when I open the box and saw how nice and clean it looked I had just the spot for it in my home. This freezer it amazing but it's actually a 2n1 appliance. Don't let the chest design fool you that it's your typical chest freezer, it actually converts into a chest refrigerator. There is an option toward the bottom of the freezer that let's you switch mode from freezer to refrigerator for those times you need to keep drinks and meats fresh and cool for parties and don't actually want to freeze anything. How amazing is that? I'm telling you this is one buy and very proud to own. My wife loves it just as much as I do. I saw only 1 drawback about putting this inside the home, which is that it has not lid lock. Since I don't have any young kids, I'm not worry about it, and you can always place something on top of the lid for safety's sake. Also, if you note from one of my photos you can see the clear LED light which lights but the entire chest so you can see all the contents inside your freezer.

Awesome Freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chest freezer looks great in our garage. We keep a variety of items in here - like snacks and popsicles, to whole turkeys and prepared meals. There is plenty of space and the two baskets are nice for organizing small items or items we want easy access to. The lid stays open on its own which is helpful for having our hands free and the interior lighting is great for seeing items near the bottom. Have an external control for the temperature is great as well, no guessing or moving items around to see if the temp is where we want it.

Great freezer!

I put it on the coldest setting and it made my ice cream super hard which isn’t a bad thing. My only issue which isn’t even the freezers fault is it’s hard to prevent items from getting buried. I would definitely recommend this to others especially if you have a large family.

Solid chest freezer with good features but defrost
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this chest freezer about two weeks ago to handle overflow from our main fridge and extra meat we buy in bulk, and it’s been working out pretty well so far. The DualChill feature that lets you switch between freezer and fridge mode is actually really handy - I’ve used it once already when we had family over and needed extra fridge space for drinks and stuff. The switch takes a few hours to fully transition the temperature but it works as advertised. Set it up in our garage which gets pretty hot in the summer and cold in winter, and it’s handled the temperature changes without any issues so far. The temperature range it can operate in seems legit based on what I’ve seen in these first couple weeks. The two removable baskets that slide around are nice for organizing smaller items like frozen veggies and ice cream, though I wish they were a bit deeper because they don’t hold as much as I’d like. The counterbalanced lid is one of my favorite features - stays open at whatever angle you leave it which makes loading groceries way easier than fighting with a lid that wants to slam shut. The external temperature control is convenient, just press a few buttons to adjust without opening the whole thing up. The digital display shows the temp clearly and you can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit which is cool I guess, though I just leave it on Fahrenheit. LED light inside is bright enough to see everything, way better than the old freezer we had that was basically a dark cave. The freeze boost function seems to work well when I throw in a bunch of room temperature stuff, drops the temp faster than normal mode. Now for the potentially annoying part - it’s manual defrost which means eventually I’ll have to unplug it, empty everything out, and wait for ice buildup to melt. Haven’t had to do this yet since it’s so new but I’m not looking forward to it. There is a drain plug at the bottom which should help get the water out when that time comes. The high temperature alarm works, I tested it by leaving the lid open for a minute and it beeped pretty loud so you definitely notice it. The interior is smooth and easy to wipe down which is nice for any spills. The leveling legs on the bottom work fine for getting it stable, our garage floor is slightly uneven and I was able to adjust them without much trouble. The seal around the lid does seem tight, everything stays frozen solid. Size-wise it holds a decent amount but fills up quicker than you’d think once you start stocking it. The exterior is fingerprint-prone, I find myself wiping it down to keep it looking clean. Energy usage seems reasonable based on what I can tell so far. Build quality feels solid, no rattling or weird noises during operation. Would I recommend it? Yeah probably, especially if you need that garage-ready capability and the fridge conversion option. Just be aware it’s manual defrost which’ll be tedious down the road.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Freezer for my half cow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like that the height of this chest freezer is similar to my kitchen counters since I’m using it as a pantry freezer. It fits seamlessly into the space and doesn’t feel bulky or out of place. If I ever need to move it to the garage, it’s reassuring to know it can handle temperatures up to 110°F — which is essential because Texas summers are no joke. My primary use will be storing a half cow (are you even Texan if you don’t buy beef in bulk?), and it has plenty of room for that. I also love that it can double as an extra fridge for big parties, since I’m all about multi-use appliances that give you flexibility.
The two included baskets are great for organization, and I plan to use them to keep items I need to eat soon easily accessible. The outer panel controls are simple and straightforward, which makes adjusting settings easy. There’s also a light on the inside of the lid, which is surprisingly helpful when digging around for something. It’s comforting to know that in the event of a winter power outage, this unit can keep food frozen for up to three days. Overall, this feels like a high-quality freezer, and I would definitely recommend it.

Freezer Love
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my 10cu ft deep freezer and I must say it is great. I previously had a 5.1 cu ft which is an upgrade in itself. I had my previous freezer for over 10yrs to needless to say an upgrade was needed. I had to make a little adjustment for the location due to it being bigger than previous one. The freezer is spacious and even has a light. The best feature of the freezer overall is that I can also make it into a fridge if needed. I was thinking all the prep for the holidays and special occassions that the extra space would be great. Deliver and set up went very smooth. 10 out of 10 I recommend

Spacious chest freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the 10cuft. chest freezer and what a life changer it has been. It is very spacious and comes with 2 baskets to keep your smaller items in so they don't get lost. I am able to go shopping and purchase in bulk when meat and frozen items are on sale and not have to worry about storage space in the freezer. This is one tough freezer! I turned it on to freeze for 24 hours before placing any of my items into it and it was at the right temperature without any issues. The external controls and display make it very easy to control the temperature and make sure it is powered. I was surprised that it has a light inside. This makes it so easy to see what I have without having to use a flashlight. It fit very easily into my garage space and I am very pleased with it.

Fantastic freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been wanting a chest freezer forever. When the chance to get a 10 cubic foot chest freezer from Frigidaire came up, we had to take it. It is convertible which means the whole thing could be a freezer or refrigerator. What an amazing option to have. You can change the temperature on either options. The manual is so detailed and throughough so you know how to make the most of your Frigidaire freezer. The led interior light makes it really easy to see what’s inside. I like the frozen food can stay frozen, with lid closed, up to 36 hours if a power outage happens. Overall, I’m glad we bought this freezer from a trusted brand because it does its job so well.
