Do you need a special pot/pan to use with this?

No any type pot/pan will work with this burner.

Is each burner 1500 Watts or are 750 watts each side? Please advise

Is it UL approved? Can it be left on 48 hours? Are the cord and plug heavy duty or do they get hot? Where’s the manual? Thx
