Great car seat with extra handy features

It was very easy to setup and adjust straps to secure her safely. The rotating base makes it very easy to load and unload in our car. Mom’s review of the Evenflo revolve180 lite NXT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am embarrassed to say that I fell for the more expensive car seat option for my first and I am so grateful to have tried this Evenflo Revolve180 lite with my 2nd child. Right out of the box the car seat was instantly lighter and such a relief considering I have an 18lb 6 month old. The installation took me right under 4 minutes to readjust and ensure a proper fit. I was happy to see such easy to follow fit guides built around the base. The initial car seat adjustment for my little guy was definitely easy to do and took less than 30 seconds to complete. Now for the fun part, the swivel! What an amazing feature! No more pulling my baby out from a weird side angle. I found the turn feature so easy to use and as a major plus, the one handed ability !! The buckles were easy to remove and attach which I appreciate. My favorite safety feature of this seat is definitely the latch sensor. As parents, we are always grateful to have the peace of mind when available and truly you need to look no further. Having a toddler as well who seems to be a Houdini of his car seat, I love that I will receive an alert should he try to “help” baby brother as well. I found the fabrics soft and plush feeling. Between the light weight of the seat itself, the rotation and then the sensor buckle, I can’t decide which feature is my favorite. I will absolutely recommend and show off this seat to all my friends. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing for proving me with this car seat !

Neat Features and Durable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In short, the Revolve180 Litemax NXT Rotational Infant Car Seat from Evenflo is a solid choice for an infant car seat. There is painless installation, a nifty rotating feature, and optional techy functionalities. The price and weight range are average, and the different versions all offer the unique features of the Bluetooth clip and rotating base.
The car seat and base are durable but lightweight. If installed correctly it stays in place just as well - if not better - than my previous brand. Installation is easy and pretty much foolproof. If you've installed a car seat before it will be a breeze, and if you haven't it will be as well. I suggest starting with the video and then referencing the manual if needed. The attached levels and LATCH system are pretty straightforward, and the seatbelt install is easily accessible and secure too. The LATCH straps have convenient hooks they hang on when not in use, and can be opened without any strain (which I cannot say the same for other brands I've tried).
The car seat has plenty of room in my 3 row SUV (a Pilot). It was a bit too bulky length wise in my small sedan (a 3 series), however without the base it was fine. I like how the base has a lift-up portion that the seatbelt can be installed under. It feels more secure, and it also keeps the top of the base from potentially getting gross in the long run, because it covers all of the hard-to-clean spots.
The 180° rotation feature is really cool. It makes getting the seat out much easier - particularly when baby is sleeping. The swivel is also much more forgiving postpartum (plus it weighs a bit lighter than my previous ones).
A small but neat feature is the tightening strap at the bottom has elastic at the end to keep it tidy and out of the way. Small, but thoughtful.
The fabric is soft and easy to wipe clean. I really like that it comes in black, but I would opt for the upgraded fabric. The other two trim levels of this seat have additional colors and a different “Green & Gentle” fabric (which is made from recycled bottles and sans flame retardants). The top trim also comes with “Sensory Soothe” which transforms the handle into a light and music bar. The bar is controlled from the side of the handle, and is customized from the Evenflo app. The app is also required for the “Sensor Safe” chest clip, which comes on all three versions. The purpose of the smart clip is to alert you of 4 different scenarios: the clip becomes unlocked, child is left in car, child is buckled in too long, and critical temperatures. I personally did not care for the Sensor Safe features. At this time there aren't many customization options, the notifications happen too often when not needed, and the app needs too many permissions to even operate. Luckily the car seat functions without it. The clip itself is quite nice, and can latch and unlatch with one hand (a big plus).
Overall I recommend the Revolve180 Litemax for it's ease of use and rotation base. Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending one for my family and I to try!

Great choice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It arrived on the same day my son was born (three weeks earlier than expected!), so we had to use another one for the ride back from the hospital.
My husband installed it right away when we got home, he says it took him less than 30 minutes to unbox, read the instructions and install it. I am happy to report that it looked and felt safe and comfy, even for a 6 pounds baby born at 37 weeks! The straps and all the cushioning were easy to put into place, in a way that protected him without engulfing him too much. I must say we had chosen a very similar Evenflo model for my toddler daughter, so I was already familiar with the brand and its quality.
The one-hand rotation system is a must for us. It not only facilitates getting the baby in and out of the car, but it also allows me to access the middle seat and squish between our two car seats if needed. I particularly appreciate there is a clicking sound when the seat rotates and is correctly positioned, as well as a signal that turns green and allows to visually confirm that it is in the right place.
Safety is definitely the number one concern for any newborn parent, and there are so many things to check in day-to-day life, that this car-seat's features provide peace of mind and relief. The front clip also visually signals that it is safely closed, by turning on a little light. And last but not least, the app provides more details and alerts, all of which are definetly appreciated. I must say, though, that I have become less prone to use apps with my second kid than I was with my first one. When she was a baby, having all kinds of baby-related items sending notifications on my phone became a little overwhelming, so I have been more selective this time around. But car-safety is a must, so I am happy to take advantage of the Evenflo app for that, and I do appreciate having a way to double and triple-check that my baby is doing well. Specially now, when I often ride in the front seat! The app was easy to set up and install, knowing I haven't even had the time to properly read the instructions yet!
All in all, I do believe this car seat is a great investment for the newborn stage, and I would even consider splurging in the model that includes Sensorysoothe technology, because that is also something very handy!

HUGE upgrade for an infant seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are SO impressed with the Revolve180 Litemax NXT Rotational Infant Car Seat! We have been loyal Evenflo customers for years. This is a clear upgrade to any infant seat that we’ve ever had for many, many reasons. The install is seamless, the one handed rotation glides easily, the safety indicators are self explanatory and simple in the best way, and it looks and feels very luxurious. The rotational aspect makes getting a baby in and out much more comfortable for everyone. An additional plus, though not totally necessary feeling with an infant at this point, is the SensorSafe. Real time notifications and a very user friendly app makes this great for parents who want an added peace of mind. Our favorite part of this car seat (which is high praise considering how well the rotational aspect works) is actually the adjustability aspect of all the straps. Rather than tearing apart this car seat and to move its straps multiple times as your child grows, you can actually just pinch a lever and the strap system slides! We were absolutely amazed by this. Rather than just a handful of notches, this gives you endless adjustability and feels so much safer when a baby seems to be in between levels. Overall, we can absolutely say this is our favorite car seat we’ve ever had. It is truly an upgrade and an advancement in car seat technology all around. Such peace of mind!! Love the safety features!!!

I absolutely love this car seat. I was a bit skeptical based on price if I would buy it for an infant seat, however, after testing for a few weeks I would definitely pay full price for this seat.
The car seat is super light weight and really easy to install. I love being able to rotate to get my newborn out easily when I’d rather hold her instead of a whole car seat. You can take the whole seat from the base easily, however I love to baby wear and this makes it so simple to get her out and put her in my wrap!
We love the temperature in the clip. When we took her home from the hospital it was only 10 degrees outside. I was worried we would use too many blankets or keep the car too hot or too cold. But the app gave me peace of mind in knowing it would alert us if the temp when too high or too low. (Don’t worry she was fine the whole ride lol)
It has an adjustable headrest that is so easy and putting her in is really simple, not too hard to buckle or tighten the straps. Which is great when you’re trying to get a two day old baby situated for the first time.
Overall, I’d say my favorite thing is the chest clip sensor. I don’t need to worry about her being too hot or too cold. And as she gets older I don’t need to worry about her unbuckling without us noticing.

Awesome Infant Seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this seat because we already owned the Evenflo Revolve 360 convertible seat for our toddler.
I am overall very impressed with the Revolve180 Litemax NXT Rotational Infant Car Seat. It is lightweight to carry, has the Sensor Safe feature which offers so much peace of mind, and was a total breeze to install. The base has the toggles to clip into your car and provides lots of red/green markers to let you know it’s been properly installed. I think my baby is comfortable and the seat seems very nicely padded. The rotational feature is awesome, especially loading the seat into the car. It’s super smooth and can be controlled with one hand. The whole set feels high end.
Only a couple of critiques:
The handle can only be raised/lowered by pushing the buttons on both sides simultaneously. Our previous infant seat had a button in the center of the handle which allowed it to be controlled with on hand. So this can be difficult if you only have one hand at the time.
The rotational feature feature truly is great and useful, but really only is helpful for loading and not unloading, as the release button is behind their head in the back of the seat…if you rotate the seat toward you, you can no longer release it easily.
All in all, it’s a great seat at a great price point, and offers a lot of features that I feel give you a great bang for your buck!! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat.

Most valuable affordable rotating seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seat was received from Stellar Product Testing panel for review. I was so apprehensive about this because the infant seat looked so small and I have an 80th percentile infant. Luckily, there was zero issue. Baby fit great. The infant seat is so much lighter weight than the other 2 brands I have, making the house to car journey so much easier. Installing the base took no more than 60 seconds and that includes getting the recline level perfect, which was so simple with the guide on the top as compared to most of them that are on the side. (You know it’s always going to be on the wrong side!) Fitting my baby in the seat was straightforward as most infant seats are, and the shoulder pads were actually sized appropriately and so much softer. Although the chest clip was a little bit bigger than I’m used to, it was still easy. We did have to adjust the crotch buckle into the second slot, but that was also very simple to do. All in all, from opening the box to harnessing my baby, we were probably up and running in less than 15 minutes. Getting in and out of the car is so easy now with the rotating base, and I don’t have to worry about jostling the seat to make sure it’s clicked in. This is a deeper seat that is more narrow, whereas some other brands are more shallow and wider. Although I didn’t have a tiny baby to put in this, this infant seat is one I would possibly consider for 7lbs and up simply because the shoulder pads would swallow up any smaller of a baby. We will happily use this until we size out of it.

Evenflo nailed it with the Revolve180 LiteMax NXT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start by saying, both my husband and I have bad backs and I have a neck injury I’ve been suffering from for 10 years which makes lifting and twisting extremely difficult and painful. I recently had baby number 3 and for all the joy and excitement I was experiencing throughout my pregnancy, I was not looking forward to the carrying around a baby carrier and the awkward lift and twist to load the baby into her car seat or the carrier up and into its base. As I was making my baby registry, I discovered that rotating car seats exist. After watching videos of the ease with which these car seats enabled parents to load and unload their littles, I was immediately obsessed. I had to have one to save my back and neck, but many of them were out of my price range and incompatible with the stroller system I still have from my first two children.
I was provided this car seat by Stellar Product Review Panel by an incredible act of God, just days after being in a terrible car wreck and having to discard all of our car seats afterwards. What an absolute blessing! This seat is incredibly light weight, easy and quick to install, well made and my little one is so comfy and supported in her new chair! Plus, the peace of mind provided by the Sensor safe belt clip feature is an added bonus I never knew I needed. I love that it tracks the temperature in baby’s chair and tells you how long baby has been buckled in (a big help tracking when it’s time to stop and give baby a break on longer road trips!)
The one-hand, 180 degree rotation makes spinning the seat towards me safe and easy to do while holding baby and adjusting the seat to fit baby was easy and straightforward. I also loved the oversized padding on the straps to keep baby comfy and protected.
The only thing I am not loving is the app will continue to send critical alerts thinking I’ve left baby behind when Dad is just taking her to the car if I’m still inside, or if he is wheeling her around in the shopping cart while I shop another aisle. I haven’t been able to figure out how to get him signed into the app so it is possible that once we get that figured out, this will stop happening so I still think it’s a stellar experience otherwise.
Overall, this is a great carseat with amazing features at an incredible budget-friendly price point. I have already told several of my preggo friends and family about it and will continue using it in place of my original car seat we lost in the crash. I’m even looking into purchasing a new stroller system that works either this carrier. Thanks for a great product Evenflo!

Good rotating car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. For a rotating swivel car seat, the price is hard to beat. I enjoy having my baby face me when I’m getting in and out of the car seat. You only need to press the rotating button and pull the car seat with one hand. The installation was actually confusing for me, however the instructions has a video that shows step by step instructions for installations and that helped me out a lot.
This car seat has a sensor on the buckle. You have to download the Evenflo app and connect the sensor with Bluetooth. It tells you if your baby has been buckled and unbuckled and the temperature of the car while he is in the car. The alerts are nice to have, but since I’m always next to him, I don’t find them necessary. I can see this feature being nice for someone who needs peace of mind.
Overall, my favorite feature is the swivel. It’s easy to use after installation, light to carry, and easy to get baby in and out,

Where has this been????

Wow how convenient I have back problems this makes it a breeze to get him in and out of the car. I love the sensor safe clip. It gives me peace of mind if other family members have my son, it will alert them on their phone if they’ve left them in the vehicle!!! The app is so easy to work and so helpful!I love how soft and comfortable the car seats fabric is! The only thing I wish is that canopy was softer! It’s so easy to rotate the car seats it comes in handy when I have to feed him in the car (of course when parked) it’s so easy to get him out! I definitely would recommend to my peers to get this car seat! I’m thankful I was able to try this and I cannot wait to get my sister in law one for my niece!!!
In my review photo we were at home with car started it was chilly. I was messing with the car seat and app functions to see if it would tell me if it was too loose and it did!!!

The best car seat!

The inserts make her so secure in her seat which is very important. The car seat overall is also very light which is great for me with recovering from a C-Section and the 180 degree swivel just makes it that much easier as well to get her in and out of the car. The install was super easy and quick, it took my husband less than 2 minutes. The sensor safe clip is a wonderful idea for all moms to just give us that extra peace of mind! Comfy and parent friendly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this great car seat through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We are using this with our fourth baby, and several features of this have really made our job easier.
1. The set up is so simple. It is very self explanatory and the multiple safety checkpoints really relieve your mind to know you are setting it up correctly. Past car seats were a headache to know if you got things at the correct angle or position etc. This car seat’s green and red check points completely take the guess work out!
2. The 180 Revolve feature is extremely helpful. It can be done with one hand for those juggling baby or bags. I tend to do alot of baby wearing, so I like to leave the car seat in the car and pop him right into the front pack. Having the car seat turned toward the door makes me a baby both happier during the buckling/unbuckling processes. It’s especially for squishy newborns that don’t like being squeezed into seats.
3. The adjustable headrest/shoulder straps relieve the stress of keeping up with proper car seat adjustments. All car seats we’ve used up to this point have involved frequent wrestling to undo the whole seatbelt set up and move it up a level just to wonder if you moved it too soon as it suddenly looks like the straps are above the shoulders. This car seat’s head rest feature allows for quick easy should strap adjustment to the exact height the little one needs! No more procrastination!
4. The extra newborn seat/seatbelt/shoulder padding and headrest truly hug our newborn perfectly. Any other newborn inserts we’ve dealt with were too stiff, too thick, not very soft too short, and so on. This one actually helps, and the overall shape of the car seat seems to hug him nicely. He went from hating his previous car seat to relaxing and loving car rides in this one.
5. Although we have not gone on any extensive road trips yet, I can see how the safety buckle and app can really help to make sure baby isn’t stuck in his seat to long and so on.
The only drawback we have noticed with this seat is the chest clip. Ironically this safety chest clip does not have as strong of a clip-in or even as strong of plastic as any other clips we’ve experienced. I find myself always double checking if it’s actually secure because it doesn’t clip strongly. The plastic seems pretty flexible and it doesn’t snap deeply. That being said, we haven’t had any real issues with the clip but wonder about the longevity.
Overall, it is a wonderful car seat that I truly wish I had for my others. The 180 turn feature and the adjustable headrest/shoulder straps would have saved many tears (baby) and headaches (me)!

I LOVE THIS CARSEAT

I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so grateful I was!! This car seat is significantly more comfortable than the one my 6 month old was in before. Great padding, so easy to adjust to her size, and lightweight. I love the way it looks as well as the ease of using it. I was worried the 180 rotation would be confusing or not as easy as they make it seem, but boy was I wrong. It’s so easy to install, took no time at all. The real time alerts for the car seat that hook up to my phone through the app were not the feature I was most looking forward to, but I appreciate them nonetheless. It is comforting to know my baby is safe and sound while we drive around. The convenience of the car seat alone has made outings so much lore doable. I don’t see myself using any other car seat from here on out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using a bunch of car seats with my three other kids, I have never had this experience with a car seat like this before! (In a good way.) the 180 degree turn is a game changer! Putting the baby in there has never been easier and then you just turn it back to rear facing once babe is strapped in. Installation was a breeze it took me about 10 minutes to get it in alone and it was completely hassle free. I have not installed the app yet due to being due in less than 2 weeks but we take a lot of road trips so having the peace of mind from the app tell you when the temperature is too hot or that they’ve been strapped in their car seat too long and they need a break is super helpful. I am so excited about using this seat and know it is one of the easiest and safest seats for my baby and having the bells and whistles on a car seat is truly worth every penny. I fully expect to purchase the convertible 360 degree turn car seat from Evenflo when our baby grows out of this one! Thank you to Stellar Reviews for sending this car seat to try out!

The car seat that has everything!

Such a convenient car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t quite master the rotation one handed, but the car seat does rotate very easily. I love baby carrying but dread having to take my baby in and out of her infant carrier. The rotating feature made it so easy to load her in and out.
Very easy install and the green check marks are in plain view which gave me ease of mind knowing it stayed correctly installed without having to crane my neck or use a flashlight to check under the seat. Overall installation takes less than ten minutes and that includes the app.
I should note that my LO did not scream whenever I put her in this car seat, but with her other carrier she screamed consistently until she fell asleep. From her reaction I take it’s comfortable, it does feel very plush to touch.
The app has got to be my favorite safety feature. Mom brain is no joke and there will be times where I’m like crap did I buckle her in properly and that is something I no longer have to worry about with this car seat. I get real time alerts to my phone as soon as the seat is unbuckled as well as other safety alerts such as temperature. It’s so easy to set up too, I couldn’t get it to connect via barcode so I did it manually and it instantly found the clip sensor.
Loading LO in was easy but I did have a tough time finding the little button to loosen the straps. I wish it was a flap to lift up and see instead of feeling around blindly.
My favorite part about this car seat has to be the app and how comfortable my LO is. It is also extremely light weight!

Technology and Rotation meet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a 5th time mom who has tried her fair share of baby gear! I was excited to receive the Revolve180 Litemax NXT Rotational Infant Car Seat as part of the Stellar product testing panel.
For starters, I wasn’t sure the rotational feature would work as I have 3 rear facing car seats across-I was very pleasantly surprised there was plenty of room to rotate!! Such a game changer and makes it SO much easier to get a squirmy baby in and out. The car seat itself is what I would consider lightweight. Base installation is a breeze and easily adjustable straps make this seat very user friendly. The sensor safe tech is definitely a nice feature, particularly the temperature alert when living in a hot climate!
A few things to note is the base is bulkier than I’m used to. This isn’t necessarily a big deal if it’s staying in one car but if you were regularly switching between vehicles, just know it’s on the heavier side. The shoulder straps are also bulky for a newborn- my baby is 7lbs for reference. As much as I love the sensor safe technology, I have a toddler who LOVES buckling an empty car seat..prompting my app alarm to sound when baby is not in the car seat.
Overall I think this is a great rotational infant seat option from Evenflo.

A Great Carseat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to check out this new carseat by Evenflo through Stellar Product Testing Panel.
I hated the base. I personally feel it’s useless to have a bucket seat rotate, most people get them to make it easier to carry a new baby around, not make it more stationary like an all in one carseat. Rotating it in and out of the base instead of just clicking it in like a normal one adds more time instead of one quick click. I also have an older Jeep and having to use the base behind the passenger seat in order to utilize the rotating feature, makes it a tight fit in our already small vehicle. So far I have removed the base and just use the seatbelt to keep the seat secure. I may place it in the middle to provide more space and security but I won’t be able to rotate it, which is fine. Also the base isn’t as smooth when rotating compared to the Evenflo 360 carseats, I have to use two hands.
I love everything else about the carseat, the extra cushioning keeps our 4 month old comfy and snug, compared to the other brand carseat we had which didn’t have much of any support/comfort. The carseat is rather light and sleek, the look reminds me of more luxury carseat brands, but at a great price point. I wasn’t much of a fan of the sensor safe chest clip, it’s not a feature we’d use & I hope I can replace it with a regular Evenflo chest clip.

A convenient option for new parents
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I had seen similar rotating car seats and until I was able to try the Evenflo Revolve180 I didn’t understand the hype. I certainly do now and am going to be recommending this to all of my new parent friends (and showing it off hehehe). It’s so much easier on your back to be able to rotate the baby to face you rather than haphazardly reaching in and fumbling around half blind to strap in the side of the baby that isn’t facing you in a traditional car seat. One cool thing that I really liked was that the car seat can go both left and right when rear facing, so for instance, if a car parks too close to yours and your door is blocked, you can still rotate the car seat to the other side and put the baby in that way. I also like that the car seat clicks into place when you spin it, so that you have an audible assurance that it is secure and won’t go spinning around. The rotate button is also easy to engage and you can do it with one hand so if you’re holding something you don’t need to set it down first. Installation was pretty straightforward. I’m a first time parent so my experience is pretty limited but to me it was unusual that the base opens up kind of like a clam for you to thread the belt through. It has a green indicator at the front that lets you know if you did it right, which again, as a new parent, is very assuring (no need to drive to a fire station, hehe). This car seat also has some other bells and whistles. It has a built in sound and light machine (SensorySoothe) that is in the handlebar powered by AA batteries (no cables or charging needed). I found this pretty convenient since I didn’t have to worry about moving the sound machine off the stroller. The SensorySoothe features can be adjusted through the app integration, which is another cool thing. That way you don’t have to grapple with the car seat, you can just easily do it from your phone. In general, the app is a cool new feature that my other car seat didn’t have. It’s well designed and intuitive to use and doesn’t feel like a last minute added on gimmick. In addition to light and sound control, the app provides safety alerts (chest clip unbuckled, temperature too high or low, child in car seat too long, and unattended). For me I could honestly go either way on these… for a parent, they are somewhat useful, but for a grandparent who may not be tech savvy I don’t know how useful these are. My in laws are older and there is no way they will ever use these features when they’re babysitting. The high temperature threshold is 95 F, which in my personal experience is way too high. They should lower it. I can’t imagine letting my car get 95 degrees, I’m pretty sure my baby would alert me long before the app would. The low temp threshold is 45 degrees. The length of time allowed by the app is 2 hours, which I understand, but… sometimes you don’t have a choice. Now for another thing I wasn’t sold on- the profile of the car seat. Although it was really easy for my husband to install, the base takes up a significant amount of room and it is pretty tall. It fits in my SUV, but my husband’s car is a compact car and this doesn’t fit. The base is too long and juts too far forward and the seat is so tall when installed it is almost touching the roof. Since I received it as product testing I couldn’t have known that in advance but parents with smaller cars may face difficulties if this is the car seat they choose for their little ones. Overall a really good choice, I’m excited to see the future of car seats in action and am so glad I was able to try this out. I had a conventional toddler car seat on my baby registry that someone bought for me, but now I am highly considering getting a rotating one for when my daughter outgrows this one. Not sure if I can go back to the conventional kind!

Rotating Car Seat I wish I had sooner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car seat is amazing! It is super lightweight which I liked for when I needed to carry baby in the car seat. My little one is six months so a lot of times we end up carrying her in and out of places still in the car seat so the weight was a really nice feature. The one hand rotation made it super easy to get in and out of the car and I feel like we will definitely use that more often as she gets a little older. This was by far my favorite part of the car seat. I have two older kids and rotating car seats weren't really a thing back when I had them. I wish they were because this has simplified getting a wiggly baby into their car seat! The car seat felt very safe and secure even though it was so lightweight. The real time alerts through the phone made me feel more confident and gave me peace of mind. Installation was a quick process and my husband did it in just a few minutes! Some good and some not so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is shockingly difficult to put a 12 pound baby in and out of a car seat from the car door. That’s why I was so excited to see that there was finally a rotational car seat designed for infants. We have the larger model for our toddler and I didn’t even know that a infant one existed until I was sent this one to try as a part of stellar product testing panel. The feature is very handy for getting baby in and out of the car and it’s my favorite thing about this car seat. I can see why some parents would find the alert system to be an incredible safety feature, I just don’t see us using it very much so that wasn’t a value ad for me. The other great thing about this car seat was the installation, the directions that are provided are very clear and easy to follow and I was able to do it myself in less than 10 minutes.
However, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the fabrics or the plastic parts of the car seat. For the price I would’ve expected some nicer fabrics and other features. If you are looking for a luxury high-end car seat, this is not it. But if you’re looking for something safe and convenient with some pretty unique features, this is great!

Newborn carseat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this car seat for my newborn for about 2 weeks.
She is still small (only 2 weeks old), and mostly fits the seat at 7.5lbs. she does have the ear to shoulder thing as she is not tall enough to fully use the head pillow.
The installation of the car seat was a BREEZE. Easier than our other seat we used for our now 2YO. And easier than the Evenflo revolve 360 we have for him.
The LATCH system and rotating section is great. I would only change where the location of the release is for getting the seat in and out of the car. If you don't have long arms and have a tall car it would be hard to rotate and then get your child out.
Additionally, for us the sensorsafe doesn't seem useful on an infant seat since it's unlikely they will be able to unbuckle it themselves.
It is currently winter, so I can't speak to the temperature warning portion of the sensorsafe yet.
I'm looking forward to using this car seat for a long time.

So useful for baby wearing moms
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The install of this car seat was so easy, it fit perfectly in my van without any need for adjustments. It is light weight and easy to carry. It is easy to click into the base and rotates smoothly into place. I found that this rotational car seat works best if you plan to take baby out of the car seat while leaving the seat in the car. I don't feel like the rotational feature is super necessary if you just plan to take the whole car seat with you, as it's not super easy to reach around it to use the lever to release from the base.
But if you're a baby wearing mom, it's super easy to rotate the car seat take baby out to put baby in a carrier and it is easy to just leave the car seat in the car.
This car seat does seem smaller than my previous car seat, my kids are on the small side as well. It is narrow and my 6 month old's feet are already hanging off the edge. I can't imagine a chunky baby fitting very well or comfortably. I think if this was improved I'd love this car seat a lot more.
I unfortunately, was unable to test the sensor safe feature of this car seat as the app would not work for me and gave me a connection error when I would try to link the car seat to it. But I think it could be a useful feature for some parents. Not a deal breaker for me by any means.
I want to thank the Stellar Product testing panel for choosing me to review this car seat in exchange for my honest feedback. It was fun to try something different and the rotation is such a cool feature for me now, as my baby is a bit older and we can leave the seat in the car more easily now.

Good looking infant car seat with nice safety features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat. The Revolve180 Litemax NXT infant car seat is a good looking car seat with a built in safety feature to help you have a peace of mind when driving with your precious little one in the back. It also comes with a 180 degree rotation to help get your little one in and out of the car with ease. There is no need to try to turn the car seat in the right direction before putting onto the base. I like the buckle safety feature that is paired with the app to let you know temperature, duration of baby in the car seat, and when the buckle is clipped on or not. It can be a little bit annoying with the notification sound and it going off when you are taking baby in and out. I wish there was a feature to enable once you are ready to go instead of it always being "on".
Getting the little one in and out of the car seat is very simple as well. It has a spot on both sides to hold the belt clips so that they don't get in the way when putting baby into the seat. It is also very easy to adjust the belt to loosen or tighten. The latches to attach to the car are also easy to install.
Overall, this is a good infant car seat. It provides comfort, safety features, and easy installation. One thing I wish it had was maybe a bit softer padding on the sides so that it's more comfortable for the little one. Other than that, this car seat will work great for your little one until they outgrow it.

Convenient Rotation & Easy Install – A Great Infant Seat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of three, I’ve tried a lot of car seats over the years, from infant carriers to convertible seats, so I was excited to test the Evenflo Revolve180 Litemax NXT—especially since I already own and love the Evenflo Revolve 360. I’m constantly getting kids in and out of the car, so anything that makes that process easier is a win for me.
The 180-degree rotation is a game-changer! I love that it only requires one button to rotate, making it easier than the Evenflo Revolve 360, which requires lifting two buttons. It makes getting my baby in and out of the car effortless, especially in tight parking spaces. The seat turns smoothly and locks securely, so I never worry about it shifting. While I still love my Evenflo Revolve 360 for the full rotation, I think this is an amazing option for an infant seat that’s also portable.
I also love how comfortable it is! The seat is soft yet supportive, and my baby seems really cozy in it. The padding is removable and machine washable, which is a huge bonus since we deal with frequent spit-ups. The canopy provides great coverage, which was a nice surprise since I initially thought it might be too short.
The LATCH system installation was quick and straightforward. I love that once the lap belt is secure, you just close the mechanism, and it automatically tightens for an even better fit. It took less effort than other car seats I’ve installed. Adjusting the seat for the right fit was just as simple. The harness and headrest adjustments were intuitive, making it easy to get a secure, comfortable fit for my baby.
One of the most interesting features is the chest clip sensor, which alerts me if the temperature is too hot, my child has been buckled for too long, or if the clip unexpectedly comes undone. The only downside is that for it to work properly on an iPhone, location services must be on at all times. I usually prefer to limit that setting to save battery life, so I had to decide whether the trade-off was worth it.
A couple of small things—the handle is smooth and easy to grip, but I’d love to see a slightly more ergonomic design for extra comfort when carrying the seat. Also, the handlebar has a slight wiggle (about 1/2" total), and I wish it felt more secure. Additionally, one more notch forward would make it more upright, which would be ideal for carrying.
If you don’t need a rotating seat or plan to keep it installed in one car, a traditional infant seat might be a better value—but if you love the convenience of rotation, this is a fantastic choice.
Overall, the Evenflo Revolve180 Litemax NXT is an excellent infant car seat that makes everyday life easier. The one-hand rotation, thoughtful design, and easy installation are all standout features, and I can see this being a go-to option for busy parents who are constantly in and out of the car.

Great lightweight infant car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and overall, I’m really impressed with its design and functionality.
Pros:
One of the standout features is how lightweight this car seat is—much lighter than others I’ve used, making it super easy to carry and maneuver. Its narrow design is another big plus, as it saves space in the car, which is perfect for fitting multiple car seats in the same row. The rotating feature is a game changer, making it incredibly easy to get my baby in and out without awkward bending or struggling. Installation was also a breeze—I had it securely installed in under two minutes, and I felt confident in its stability right away.
Cons:
The only downside is that, due to its narrow design (which is also a pro), I feel like my baby might outgrow it a bit faster compared to wider car seats.
Final Thoughts:
If you’re looking for a lightweight, space-saving, and easy-to-use rotating infant car seat, the Revolve180 Litemax NXT is an excellent choice. Just keep in mind that its compact size may mean transitioning to the next stage sooner than expected

Revolve180 Litemax NXT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So overall, I love this car seat. I have always wanted to try a rotating car seat so I was super excited to receive this one from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. After using this car seat for a few weeks, I can absolutely say that I will never purchase another that doesn’t rotate. My baby is about 15 lbs and four months old, she is so comfortable in this car seat that she falls asleep within minutes of being strapped in every single time. It’s super easy to get her buckled in, and the fabric is quite soft!
The installation was fairly easy. This was the first car seat that I installed myself so it took me a minute to figure it out, but my fire fighter husband approved of my work with no corrections! So I would say it’s pretty easy to install. The base is very stable but the car seat itself seems to wiggle around a little bit more than I would like. I’m sure that’s just because it’s on a rotating base and not one solid piece.
I installed the app on my phone and I will say I think that overall the alerts could be helpful, however I found them to be a little bit annoying. As a first responder, I think it’s a great safety feature but it seems a little bit sensitive as it was alerting me over and over again for the temp (I live in south Florida) and that my baby was in the car when I was in the car with her.
I will say, my favorite part about this car seat is that when your baby isn’t in it, you can rotate it to the side and the front passenger can push their seat back like there’s no car seat behind them!
Overall, this car seat has totally changed the way I will buy car seats in the future, I will definitely be using this car seat until my baby grows out of it and you bet I will be keeping it for future babies as well!

Good for its purpose

This car seat meets its advertised features but not sure if they are all necessary since it’s an infant car seat and used for a shorter period of time. The rotational aspect seemed appealing but was used less in practice. However overall the seat fit well and seemed comfortable.
