Better Tasting Water

Check for problems
I bought and replaced the filter around the middle of May 2023. At the beginning of August 2023, the water pressure was reduced and no ice was being made. So I bought and replaced the filter on August 10th. Last night we noticed the water pressure was reduced and this morning no ice was being made. After troubleshooting we remove the filter and the water pressure is up and it is making ice. I never had problems before with my filters. Is it possible to have received 2 defective filters?
