You can notice the difference from day one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve used this filter for years and it’s worked great for us. We just got a new fridge for the second kitchen in the house. It’s a Whirlpool fridge, which is one of the brands compatible with the filter. The installation is super easy. Our fridge has a place that says Water Filter and you simply pull out the old and stick in the new. Always wipe down the inside before putting in the new one (that’s what I do) and it clicks in place. No issues with noise and we haven’t had problems with leaks yet.

Great fridge filter for tap water

The water doesn’t taste like chlorine like some tap water that is unfiltered. These filters state the clear out metals, minerals, chlorine, pesticides, parasites, pharmaceuticals and microplastic. I’d rather purchase these than plastic water bottles.
