Our Four Quad Fisher Paykal Fridge
We have had our refrigerator for two years now and continue to love it. Having the option to switch from freezer to fridge in one of the sections has been useful. We haven’t noticed a difference switching to this size because it’s so efficient. The ice machine is responsive so much that we have had to turn it off because it makes so much! So glad that we have a fisher paykal kichen

Best fridge we've owned
The flexibility of the lower fridge compartments is a game changer. We have a large freezer in our basement, so the ability to change the lower right compartments to a fridge instead of a freezer has been fantastic. We keep more produce and have more flexibility in organizing our refrigerated items.

Best refrigerator ever
My wife and I have been married 54 years. It is by far the best refrigerator we have ever owned. Love the 2 door freezer design and the drawers they contain. Both the refrigerator and freezer portions keep food perfect.

Best counter depth refrigerator available
The Quad Door is a beautifully designed and crafted refrigerator. Particularly like the many temperature control options for storing or freezing foods, the internal ice maker and external water. Most importantly, it's generous cubic feet of storage is remarkable considering it is counter depth!

Quality and Excellent Design
We bought 2 of these recently (we have paired refrigerators). You can tell it is excellent engineering and construction. Compared to other brands, the materials were premium quality - not flimsy, plasticy and rattling. Internal space organization options are well planned. Yo can move the top shelf and the door shelves to accommodate different heights. The doors close snugly and without the noise from the flap were heard on other brands. The 2 part freezer is terrific - 6 good drawers for compartmentalized storage (ice cream, meats, breads). We haven't used the modes that allow varying temperatures but may use one of the compartments on our second refrigerator for vegetables, etc. The water dispenser doesn't have a big compartment which I like because it doesn't take up inside space. I wish they made them without a dispenser as well. The doors are bit over-shiny but they don't smudge like a lot of others.

Best refrigerator yet
The bottom freezer setup attracted me to this fridge. I love the two swing out doors and the drawer storage as opposed to the single slide out bin most refrigerators have. I also love the option to have one side serve as extra fridge capacity instead of freezer. We have a standup freezer in the basement so we really only need a small amount of freezer capacity in the kitchen. The interior of the fridge is well built, nothing feels flimsy. Shelves are easy to remove for cleaning. I like the low profile cold water dispenser on the front. Ice cube maker was slow to get started but keeps with our minimal requirements. Left side door handle is a bit jiggly

Nice Refrigerator
We are very pleased with the refrigerator. It fits into a 1960's ranch home very well with it being a counter depth style. We really like the quad door design. The slide out drawers in the freezer section sold us on this unit. The icemaker is a little slow to produce but we don't use much of that feature.

great fridge
This refrigerator is well made and easily organized. The flex space is fantastic. I've had it for more than a month. One time the ice maker stopped producing but I turned it off and then on again and it reset itself. I wish it did not have the water on the out side of the door aesthetically and the handles are not my favorite but otherwise it is really fantastic.

High quality refrigerator
We wanted a counter top 4 door refrigerator, that was counter depth. Going on over a month we have really enjoyed it. We looked at the Bosch 800, but chose the the F&P based on superior build quality. The drawers a really solidly built and easy to clean. Concerns with other refrigerators was the drawers seemed flimsy (the F&P opens at the bottom and feels solid) or trapped food (saw an open box for a different brand that had 4 doors and had food trapped, it was gross). We are a big fan of the water dispenser able to fill any container and the ice drawer (I like this rather than the door mounted ice dispensers since they never work right).

Quad doors for the win!
We upgraded as part of a kitchen remodel and love this refrigerator/freezer! The quad design is genius, especially the freezer portion with drawers versus the standard design of one large dumping ground. The water dispenser in the fridge portion is smartly designed and allows for ample storage with full shelves behind it.

Fantastic Refrigerator
We love this refrigerator. Just the right size, quiet, great layout, flexible fourth compartment allows us to move between freezer and refrigerator when needed. Water dispenser is low profile and auto ice cube in freezer means thin doors and extra space for jars and bottles. Never thought we would use the 'wine' bottle holders that come with it but we use them for wine, beer, kombucha, etc. Allows one to more efficiently use overall space. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator. It replaces a 23 cu ft LG and would never go back.

We spent so much time deciding which refrigerator to purchase- and we couldn’t be happier that we chose the Fisher Paykel quad door. It’s as close to a built in look that you’ll find. Looks great in our kitchen and functions perfectly. Very easy to arrange the shelves and keep things organized. I love the freezer drawers.

Quad door is da' bomb
love the quad door design with the ability to flex the lower right compartment between cool and freeze modes. Coming from a French door F&P refrigerator, it takes a bit of time to get used to the lower mass of the doors - one must be sure they are closed. Not to worry if they aren't - the alarm will sound.

Fisher-Paykel, FOUR-door Fridge & Freezer
Beautifully designed, counter depth refrigerator that uses inside space to the max! Only complaint: can’t pull out crisper drawer on the right side w/o opening both the right AND left doors. This is not a problem with the left crisper drawer.
Love the individual drawers in the freezer section. If you’re organized, you could label the drawers as to their contents.
Interior ice maker has a little scoop to help you get the ice out. There are different ‘speeds’ to make the ice. Exterior water feature is designed to allow you to fill up a glass or pitcher of water.
I love the Fisher-Paykel products. I’ve had their cooktop for about 16 years now without ANY issues. I’ve only had the fridge for about a month & am hoping for similar longevity.

Just about perfect.
Overall we like the new fridge. It does have some opportunities for improvement.
First, the water dispenser is slow to shut off compared to every fridge we have ever owned. This results in water spillage nearly 50% of the time. The floor beneath the dispenser is the cleanest spot on earth.
Second, the little ice scoop included with the fridge falls somewhere between useless and frustrating ineffective. It is cute though.
Final thoughts, the split shelves that allow for very flexible height adjustments is genius. The fridge is cold and the quad door must be saving cold loss in freezer section and looks nice too.

Beautiful refrigerator!
This refrigerator is beautiful! I love how organized I can keep the freezer section! It is counter depth so some larger dishes may not work well in the refrigerator so keep that in mind. My one wish is that the ice maker was quicker! I have not used the water in the door because it seemed to drip some so I have it locked. I may try it again. All in all I love this refrigerator.

Good refrigerator with minor issues
Received my 1st refrigerator in September had a lot of problems with the water dispenser was leaking water onto the floor. They replaced it with a new one several months later which this one is working very well. The only complaint we have is the icemaker is very slow and cannot keep up with two people in the house who use ice daily.

4½ stars. Almost perfect depending on your needs
We are thrilled with our new fridge, but as with any appliance, you must consider your needs before buying. For small families like ours, this model is close to ideal. It has a gleaming exterior finish and smudges can be wiped away with a dry microfiber cloth. The interior is bright and well-lit, the shelves are sturdy (other refrigerators we looked at had surprisingly flimsy shelves – be sure to check before buying!) and they can be configured to allow for taller items. The shelves are wide but not deep so it’s easy to see and keep track of everything inside. Its smaller footprint is appreciated in our galley kitchen.
The fridge does have a couple of shortcomings that might be dealbreakers for some people, depending on their needs: First, the freezer bins are small and their back walls are angled inwards, so the bin floors are even smaller than the opening at top. This means large items might not lay flat in the bins or they might not fit at all. Second, I wish at least one of the three flex drawers in the bottom right quadrant could be configured separately so I could have, say, two chill bins and one extra freezer bin instead of all three bins having to be one or the other. My family is small and we are not frozen pizza fans, so the freezer limitations don’t affect us much and we have found that its other features make it a joy to use. It was a great choice for us.

Ice maker system has been frustrating.
The fridge is fine except for one issue: The ice cubes in the in the ice tray stick together like a single block of ice. I've tried different freezer settings without success. It is very frustrating to have to chip out individal ice cubes for every drink.

Good Aesthetic - Lacking in Some Areas
Overall, this unit is very nice from an aesthetic perspective. It makes great use of space with the way the interior is designed. I also like how the freezer drawers are separated making it easier for storage organization. One of the biggest issues is the ice maker. It does not make ice quickly and we often end up running out of ice (and it takes up to a week for the unit to fill back up). This is the biggest frustration with this unit.
