Love this frig!
Countertop depth. Best door water system I have ever used! We installed the filter in the cabinet above the frig. Doors are free from water system to allow for storage of food items. Love the clean simple lines. Freezer has good amount of storage. To date haven't found anything negative about this frig.

Love my Fridge
I had a smaller Fisher-Paykel in our previous home. I opted for a larger refrigerator when we built our new home and I love it. The shelves are accessible without opening both doors. Freezer is large enough to accommodate several items without being cramped.

THE BEST
I love the self closing doors and the alarms if you have left a drawer open!
I like having the water dispenser on the outside of the door - with kids it is an
easy access feature. I have now bought the same refrigerator twice as when I
moved I left the refrigerator in the house. Spacious. I would recommend it to
anyone.

Easy to store items and clean
I love the interior. It’s so easy to clean with the removable drawers. There’s much more usable space without the ice maker feature inside the upper level of the fridge. Freezer is a little on the small side but it’s workable for 2 people.

Beautiful yet simple-Excellent refrigerator
The french door refrigerator has beautiful simple lines in the outside and inside. The shelving system is easy to adjust. The different zones do what they are supposed to do for meat, vegetables and frozen foods. The shallow water dispenser is just right in size. The bottom drawer freezer with the shelf for most used items is easy to access. We’ve had no issues thus far and hope that the longevity will be as good as the refrigerator is beautiful.

Great Refrigerator
We are very happy with this purchase. Love the streamlined look. water dispenser is no mess! Very easy to organize items on the inside. Drawers are super easy to clean. Easy to adjust shelves. We really can not find anything wrong. We were unfamiliar with Fisher & Paykel brand but are glad we choose this one!

Great appliance
This works so much better than my previous one. well-designed, easy access to shelves, etc. The only negative is having the water filter external to the fridge. this makes filter changing quite cumbersome

Sleek, clean and roomy interior.
Love this refrigerator! Sleek and clean line and the interior is exactly what I was looking for…straight shelves with no brackets allow much more space and good stays fresh longer. The price is by far the best value!

Nice Refrigerator
This is a very nice refrigerator with a clean, tasteful exterior appearance. The interior is well lit and spacious. The only "complaints" I have are: First, the exterior water dispenser has the propensity to drip onto the door and floor when one doesn't withdraw the receptacle perfectly. Not a big deal but annoying. Second, it's a bummer that you cannot pull out the vegetable drawer without having to open both doors of the refrigerator. So often I just want to grab something from the drawer and have to put down what I am holding in order to open both doors to get the drawer open. Frustrating. Last, the freezer drawer is not soft close like the refrigerator doors.....no biggee just inconsistent with the rest of the unit. Shrug.

Nice with a few drawbacks
I wanted a refrigerator with a water dispenser only (not ice) on the door. The Fisher & Paykel French door refrigerator was the only one that fit this description and met the dimensions I required. I liked the layout of the shelves in the refrigerator and freezer and the look of the refrigerator itself. I've had the refrigerator for three months now and the water dispenser is great, the refrigerator shelves are well arranged and it keeps an appropriate temperature in the refrigerator and freezer, but there are a few drawbacks to the refrigerator.
-You have to hold your glass under the spout for a few seconds after it is filled with water so the water won't spill on the floor because the water flow doesn't completely stop when you remove your glass.
- You have to open both doors to open the drawers.
- The ice maker is slow to start up again if you finish the ice in the drawer.
- The water filter is outside of the refrigerator. They suggest that you place the filter behind the fridge, which means that you have to pull the refrigerator out to change the filter. My husband was able to drill a hole in the cabinet above so we could place the filter in an accessible spot.
- It is very difficult to connect the refrigerator to the Internet

Overall a nice design
Too small for 2 adults, unsuitable for a family. We bought due to limited space in our Condo. The freezer is lacking space and a real pain to find frozen items; also if the freezer is full & you have items in plastic it tends to grab it and jamm ard you'll have a hard time opening the freezer. The shelves in the refrigeration portion cannot be moved as well as the ones on the side doors. The company we bought it from the just installed but gave no tips or instructions. The water dispenser is great! We're located in Playa del Rey, CA.

Good refrigerator, but you have to pull it away from the wall to change the water filter. What genius came up with that?
