Greate generator at a great price!
11.5KW with an electric start. I got a generator umbrella, and trickle charge for this thing and I'm all set. Simple and intuitive to use.

Very well made
Just got it home. Not a one person job getting it out the back of my truck. All set up. Everything looks good, no damage. Easy to assemble. connected battery , added oil and fuel. Fired right up on gas and tested it on LP too. Maybe with the coming nor easter ill be testing it out.

Big disappointment
I’m so mad about this purchase I spent over 1,000 on this new generator and it doesn’t work on gas . I wish I would have read the reviews others said the same it doesn’t work on gas only on propane. ... there are better options for generators ...... You were warned .i called pulsar and they said I need to buy a pallet and send it back. But said someone would get back to me in 3-5 days .to set something up then they will examine the generator before sending a new one. Pc Richard should make sure there products work before selling them and then saying if you open the box you don’t get to return. It well what happens when you return it and it don’t work. This was the first time and last time I shop at pc Richard. I wanted to get away from box stores and try to support more family owned buisness , but not when I get screwed that’s why I will continue to shop elsewhere returns no questions asked.

Ford Generator
I purchased this product from PC Richards but it does not start on the gasoline setting. It started right away using the propane. This is very upsetting because the duel fuel option is why we purchased this generator. I contacted PC Richards who put me in contact with Ford who is responsible for the warranty. PC Richards was not helpful at all. They just gave me a number to Ford. The representative I spoke with at Ford did not even know Ford made a generator. As of this writing I am still waiting on a call back from Ford with a solution to this issue. I’m very disappointed with PC Richards and Ford for not assisting me.
