small and mighty, great kitchen addition!
I really enjoy using this little oven! The best part of it is that anything I baked are kept very moist, which is a major difference from a gas oven. I also like the pre-settings that it has, it enabled me to cook much more efficiently. All the settings that I have tried so far are on point, food came out perfectly booked.

Have used more than half year
This oven is definitely designed for something to be steamed like steam bun. As far as dry oven baking or air frying applications, the equipment heat up slowly and results are not as expected.

Counter top steam oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our steam oven. So much better to reheat left over food than using a microwave! My husband use it almost everyday to reheat food. I have tried steaming fish, dimsum and made chocolate chip cookies.

Cancer doctor recommends Fotile Steam Oven
Just as important as what you eat and when you eat, is how you cook your food. Dry-heat methods are typically used such as baking, frying (including air-frying), roasting, grilling (barbecuing), searing, broiling, and toasting. Toxic compounds called advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) are formed when food—especially food high in fat and animal protein—is subjected to dry heat above 300ºF. Under such conditions, carbohydrates are thermally broken down into monosaccharides, proteins into peptides, and fat into fatty acids. These monosaccharides, peptides, and fatty acids then chemically bind with each other in what is known as the Maillard reaction, and this reaction creates AGEs.
Chronic consumption of high amounts of AGEs can lead to vascular endothelial dysfunction, systemic inflammation, and oxidative damage to cellular lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids. This in turn accelerates the aging process and increases the risk of cancer, heart attack, stroke, hypertension, obesity, diabetes, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, cataracts, kidney disease, infertility, erectile dysfunction, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, impaired wound healing, muscle loss, and osteoporosis.
The most effective way to reduce your intake of AGEs is to avoid processed foods and choose cooking methods that inhibit the Maillard reaction. These cooking methods use lower temperatures and higher moisture and include boiling, poaching, steaming, sauteing over gentle heat using fat-free broth, slow-cooking, stewing, pressure-cooking, and baking below 300ºF using the Fotile steam oven. To reduce AGEs in the body, participate in regular exercise. And to diminish the harmful effects of AGEs, incorporate cinnamon, cumin, ginger, rosemary, thyme, turmeric, capers, cruciferous vegetables, green tea, onions, and pomegranate into your diet.

Fun to Use!
I only recently learned about this type of appliance. Upon unboxing, it was larger than expected but after using, the size makes sense. The size and preset options allow you to make full size entrees easily. There aren't as many recipes online as I assumed, but really it works like a regular oven or stovetop steamer, so just follow your recipes and figure out the timing as you cook. The convenience of this is the easy cleanup! Right now, I'm just cooking for 2 so meals are the right/generous size compared to toaster ovens or full size ovens. I'm still figuring out all the features, but I've steamed and baked so far and like the results.

One of the best purchase this year!

the versatility is unbeatable

I really, really like every single use that I can use. The pork chop steak is very delicious and the taste is moderate, the fish steamed roast is very tender, not a little bit too old, and the steamed steamed bun stewed egg is very easy to use like me who often lose track of time, I really love it.

Great steam oven
We steam a lot of foods, so gave this a shot, it's really good looking oven, stem works great, bake/air fry work great too, you just need to adjust a bit your temperature. The only thing I was would be they can have some suction leg, Everytime when I open it like almost pulling the whole thing over.
