Nice little unit
Just got this,seems good so far.had to replace a 30 yr old freidrich made in usa model that was great and. Quiet .this is made in mexico so not as heavy duty but it works ok
Good price easy install.bought the 5 yr warrenty
Freidrich is all i use so i have faith

I bought a Friedrich air conditioner a little over a year ago. Unfortunately it stopped cooling the air in the room but fortunately I had bot a 2 year warranty and the price of a new one was covered. The part to fix the A/C was unavailable so a new unit replaced the old one. Thank you PC Richard.

Mediocre experience
Air conditioner does the job although it’s much louder than the previous. Installers were messy and in a hurry to leave. They forgot to use sealant on the surface below the air conditioner between it and the sleeve. You could see a full space of daylight. P.C. Richard used to be a good customer service company but now they charge too much $$$ to install and the installers are NOT professional. Also they wanted to charge $50 to deliver a small air conditioner to East Meadow. I had them put it in my car for free.!

Great little ac with many features
Great AC with an easy setup. The mobile app and the setup for it are relatively simple and quick, very useful for control outside the home. Unit definitely does a great job cooling the home. The only drawback on this unit is that even the lowest fan setting is still very loud.

THE COMPLAINT IS THE REMOTE CONTROL. IT DOES NOT WORK WELL
I PURCHASED THE UNIT TWO WEEKS AGO. I AM FRUSTRATED AND I WILL CALL FRIEDRICH OR E MAIL THEM..TO ASK FOR A NEW REMOTE. MAYBE THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE CONTRUCTION OF THE REMOTE
