Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT SHOP AT PC RICHARDS!!! I purchased this unit from PC Richards and it's been a total nightmare dealing with this company. They installed it incorrectly, sent the wrong repair people, didn't install the sleeve properly, and at one point, the technician didn't even show up. I was on hold with them for hours, constantly punted around to people who wouldn't help me and the unit STILL LEAKS. I'm incredibly dissatisfied withy my experience and would caution people DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
