Friedrich WCVT Model Wall Master
The new Friedrich Wall Master we purchased with the variable inverter (WCVT model) is wonderful. I have had a number of Friedrich Wall Masters over 20 years. This is the best. No start stop bump with the compressor, just gentle start and stops that I do not notice. Overall, the quietest and most efficient unit we have. Really glad PC Richard (and Sylvio) steered us to this one.

Cooling off in style
I like that this Friedrich is an Energy Star Air Conditioner and hoping to see a lower energy bill each month. With the easy remote control, it cools my living room nicely. What a beautiful design and look for the home.

It’s a fredrich, spend the money.. and relax
The unit fit the new ac sleeve installed by the building with no issues. Unit works well. Recommend the inverter for this unit. Not cheap, it replaced a 30 years old Fredrich wallmaster unit that still worked.

Great, quiet AC! Saves money on your electric bill
My rooms are kept much cooler now that I’ve got the new Friedrich AC unit! It doesn’t drip and saves a LOT of money on my electricity bill! Only complaint is that it requires a double press on the button to turn it on and off, but I’m still getting familiar with this. Everything else is perfect!

Almost perfect.
This AC is great, very quiet and really cools off a large area. One negative point is the remote: Unless you're within 5 ft of the AC, the remote won't work, which seems a little silly for an AC designed for a large space! Also one must get used to the fact that this AC takes a good 5-10 seconds to actually start up after pressing the "ON" button.

Somewhat disappointed
Unitbdies not cool atea as well as expected
Vents shoot air up towards the ceiling and coolness takes long to affect tge room.

I give this two stars! If I can return it I would. The remote control is cheaply made and doesn’t have a display window like the older model. I have stand nest the ac to the remote function. It really doesn’t have a money saver mode and the so call Wi-Fi and its app is useless!!! I paid close to $1,800 with the additional 8 yr warranty. I am a dissatisfied customer.

Buyers' remorse

Worst Experience Ever
I purchased this unit from PC Richards and it's been a total nightmare dealing with this company. They installed it incorrectly, sent the wrong repair people, didn't install the sleeve properly, and at one point, the technician didn't even show up. I was on hold with them for hours, constantly punted around to people who wouldn't help me and the unit STILL LEAKS. I'm incredibly dissatisfied withy my experience and would caution people DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
