[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a portable for my garage not to run all the time but to keep it cool while I work in there.i have the wall insulated but kept the rafters open for storage which is attached to my house,not overworking for a small garage,have a fan to circulate,works great and I can move it to house if necessary I didn't lose a window.

A real savior after mini splits failed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our mini split system failed and I wanted something that had enough capacity to hold us over short term for the bedroom but wasn't restricted by window installation. This unit met those needs and I have been using it for nearly 3 weeks now. The different modes (cool,dry,fan) are a real plus.

Works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small portable ac unit works amazing. It also has a dehumidifier option and fan option that come in handy. I had one before this and decided to upgrade to a newer model. The WiFi phone option makes it very convenient to adjust when away from home.

Powerful and Smart Portable AC
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's extremely hot where I live this summer, and this AC unit cools down my large bedroom really quickly. I appreciate the features of the app, including being able to power the unit on and off remotely, so I don't have to worry about the temperature of my space while I'm gone. My favorite app feature is the room temperature, so I can gage how warm it actually is and whether or not to use the unit. Additionally, it's really helpful that it tells the user when the filters are dirty or there's technical issues.

Life is more comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having grown up in a mild, temperate climate with no real need for air conditioning, I resisted my daughter's urging to get something other than a ceiling fan for my living room. However, our climate has been growing warmer every season and a stretch of 100 degree Weather made me relent. I am so glad I got this air conditioner, it has made my life much more comfortable during these hot days! I only wish that the controls were more obvious, either white on the black background or a raised surface, to make them easier to find in lower light situations.

Very good and reliable

Excellent purchase and have both options of control, remote and the app so I can turn it on from home before I get to my office which is a great feature to have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time Frigidaire customer. Before the purchase of this AC unit I owned a Frigidaire fridge, a dehumidifier and another AC unit. All have and still provide excellent service over the years I have owned them, and it looks like this new portable will continue that trend.
(My mom owned an Electrolux vacuum back in the day and that was a solid workhorse. And that was used well into the 1990's before it was replaced. Now THAT is what you call dependable!)

The best portable ac

Small, quiet, easy install

The kit helped me to install the vent out of the window very simply, and cools the entire room efficiently. My favorite feature is that it's wifi enabled which allows me to turn on the unit from my phone, on our way home from busy days!
