EASY TO INSTALL WITH THE WALL SLEEVE.THE REMOTE CONTROL IS GREAT AND ALLOWS TEMP AND FAN SPEED ADJUSTMENTS.ITS REALLY QUITE FOR A WALL UNIT AND COOLS GREAT-ITS HOT IN TEXAS NOW AND WE RUN IT 10-12 HOURS A DAY AND HAVE NOT SEEN A BIG JUMP IN ELECTRIC USE.PLUS IT IS A GOOD
