Portable air conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works very well in my basement keeping it cool and dehumidifying the air. Have had it for 2 weeks and it has removed the musky basement orders and the humidity is gone. I had a GE 14000 btu previously that broke down and it never preformed as efficient as this Frigidaire portable 14000 BTU air conditioner.

Ive had trouble keeping my work area cool as i am constantly opening the garage door to let my clients enter. My garage is s 380sq ft and gets really hot really fast. The unit that I had before STRUGGLED and I do mean struggled to keep the area cool, but this Fridgidaire 14000 btu unit instantly solved every single issue that was plaguing my bussiness. New portable air conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it was delivered today 9/29/2024 and let it stand up right for 30 minutes before starting it up. Used it in basement,to remove the humidity from the summer and so far it out proforned the GE 14000 BTU air conditioner I have had in past.The air conditioner is excels better than GE. I HAVE PURCHASED MY REFRIGERATOR LAST YEAR FROM FRIGIDAIRE AND BERY PLEASED.

I love how the vents open up when it's on but close up afterward so the unit looks nice and inconspicuous in the corner of the room.
I highly recommend this Frigidaire portable AC unit!

Very effective, even on the hottest days.
I was told portables weren't nearly as effective as window acs; that my 15' x 25' room would need the 14,000 BTU model. However, it cools the room so quickly and effectively, I don't need to use the full power - even on the hottest days.

Tried in a large open space with vaulted ceilings and it couldn't keep up. However it is great in my media room that is 360 sq ft with low ceilings.
