Great AC
I got the Frigidaire portable ac for my bedroom. It's a good medium size room. For reference, my room fits a queen bed, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, book shelf, and an elliptical. I got this to help cool down my room at night with the door shut and during those awful hot humid days. The ac works quickly and cools the room down fast. The noise is not very loud. It does not wake me at night when it turns on. I do like the controls being adjusted from an app, so I can turn it on when I am not home so the room is cool before I arrive home. I would recommend this AC to others.

My first portable & the best A/C Unit I've ever owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this AC unit. It cools really well & it's very quiet running on high. I have it in a room with 3 open doorways and very high ceilings and it's still keeping the room at 68° with outside temps in the high 80°s. It's sleek looking and I set it up myself very quickly. Love that it's also on wifi, love the app & that I can control from where ever. It also has a lock out function which is awesome since I have a naughty cat that constantly turns off the basement dehumidifier. This unit is well worth the purchase price!! 1000 stars : )

Great! Added insulation sleeve to lower cost
This AC is powerful-- the installation was easy. The Humidity control is a Plus. I added a Cool Aide insulation sleeve to save on my electricity costs. It cools 2 rooms in my house. Overall, a great portable unit!

Nice versatility
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 3 in 1 portable unit with the intent of moving in across multiple areas. So far it has been flawless. I have used it in my workshop for both heat and now cooling. This unit is for our spare guest room as an AC unit and also in our RV as an AC unit. It is very quiet and that was surprising. I assumed it would be loud and annoying but turns our to be more tolerable than the overhead unit on our 5th wheel. It works in multiple window sizes as well, which was nice as we have smaller windows in the RV and big windows in the spare bedroom. The other aspect that was nice was how slim the unit is. It fits nicely out of the way. Overall, this unit exceeds expectations, and I would buy it again.

Great Office AC!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This three and one portable air conditioner from Frigidaire has been a huge lifesaver for our office. Prior to having this, we were keeping the blinds completely closed and the room was still very hot now that we’ve installed this we can have the windows and blinds open and we find that it’s keeping the room extremely cool and also helps with our air conditioning bill. I also love that it’s portable so that we can move it from room to room as needed. We live in Florida, so are typically affected by a few power outages days due to hurricanes each year, we plan to use this as our cooling unit to help us. Stay cool during those power outages by powering it with the generator. We are excited to finally have some air-conditioning relief during these difficult times that happen all too often.

Way Cool Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my mate because he works in his kiln room a lot and it gets HOT in there! The new air conditioner was JUST what he needed to be comfortable again. His only option before this was opening a window. Now that red window stays firmly closed due the wonderfully frigid temperatures inside. He LOVES that he can remotely turn it on and off and therefore doesn't have to enter a hot room or return to it if he forgets to turn it off. That feature saves us tons of money on electricity!
He runs the fan feature early in the morning, and cranks it up to full-blast air conditioning when the temperatures rise outside.
Makes me feel valued that he is always thanking me for getting it for him.

Good Unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a lot of different portable A/C units down through the years. But I now have *two* Frigidaire units because the first one worked so well. This new one, like the first, is not hard to setup (you only have to be a little handy to fit the slide into the window), it's reasonably quiet, and it's very effective at cooling/drying a ridiculously large room with 13' ceilings.

Quiet, Compact and Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Frigidaire 3-in-1 Connected Portable Room Air Conditioner (14,000 BTU) in my master bedroom, which is the one room in the house that doesn’t heat / cool as the rest of the house does. In the summertime we typically use 5 fans to cool the room down for a comfortable nights sleep. This cools the space within just a few minutes, feels much more comfortable, even on the hottest days. It runs very quietly which is a huge benefit for a good night's sleep.
Installation was simple and took only 15 minutes to set it up. The instructions are easy to follow and understand. The controls are intuitive, whether you're adjusting settings on the unit itself or through the connected app. Switching between cooling, fan, and dehumidifier modes is easy and seamless.
The box arrived a little disheveled, but its packed so we'll there was no damage done to the unit. Overall, I highly recommend this air conditioner if you're looking for powerful, quiet, and flexible cooling in a compact package. It would be great in any small to medium-sized room.

It does not make a lot of noise. It is perfect! The app is really easy to use and navigate as well. I love that I can wirelessly control the AC with an app. It makes life so convenient. Modern and Effective

The setup, especially the window kit, took some patience, but once it was running, I really appreciated how quietly it operates — it doesn’t interrupt my day at all. I love being able to control it with the Frigidaire App or even using Alexa, and the multi-fan speeds give me just the right amount of airflow. Easy set up!

During the humid summer, I've primarily utilized the fan setting, and it has worked perfectly. I've experimented with the various fan speeds, often using the lowest setting while working to minimize any distracting background noise. The Wi-Fi-connected app has been a significant advantage, and I particularly enjoy utilizing the different modes, including the sleep mode, to schedule its operation. While I haven't yet used it with the Alexa app, I plan to do so in the later.

Great Air conditioner!

Although I have not yet utilized all the features, my primary function is the fan and humidifier. The unit has performed admirably in maintaining a comfortable environment throughout the humid summer season. Moreover, I find the child lock feature to be a valuable security. I particularly appreciate the application's temperature monitoring capabilities within my apartment. Additionally, the humidifier function, sleep mode settings, and the ability to schedule operation, such as turning the system off during the cooler early morning hours and activating it during the day, are all perfect!

Excellent AC
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this AC. It was super easy to set up. I put it in my home office for the hot summer months and it works like a charm. I got the app on my phone to be able to control it. The app is super user-friendly and easy to setup and use. The AC itself is also easy to use. It has buttons on the top that are really self explanatory. Every is wonderful and works great! Lastly, I want to note how quiet it is when it runs, which I really appreciate because ACs usually are extremely loud and noisy. I like this because I have it in my home office and I cannot have background noise when talking to clients.

Cool and has wheels
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this air conditioner and dehumidifier because I have a small condo in a historic building and do not want to lug a window unit in and out each season. I really like this machine so far and it's so nice that it's connected to Wi-Fi so that I can remotely cool things down. I have Google Home, so that is ultra handy too. It moves around fairly easily with the wheels, and it is quiet, especially in sleep mode. It hasn't been too hot yet this year, but I'm really looking forward to this keeping me cool.

Portable air conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I will say it was extremely easy to install. I live in a mobile home that really doesn't have great insulation, plus living in Florida. I have this sitting in my living room/kitchen which is roughly 250 square feet. My living room gets full sun all afternoon and into the evening. The Frigidaire portable AC keeps my room a nice comfortable temperature without having to use extra fans. This replaced a window unit that was only 2 hrs old that still worked but I had to run 2 fans plus my ceiling fan to keep the room cold. I've been running this portable for a few weeks now, and I will have to say that not only works wonderful but I haven't seen that much of an increase in my electric bill. It runs quite that I can sleep right next to it without it keeping me awake. It is very easy to move around. What I love is that during the nice weather times it will be easy to remove the vent to open my window. I highly recommend this unit. If I hadn't just purchased another portable for my bedroom a month before buying the Frigidaire. I love this unit better than the other one. One of the best features is that when it reaches temperature it cycles down and won't turn on again until it starts to warm up again. It's well worth the cost.

Cools Fast: This thing cools my place down so quickly! On hot, sticky days, it turned my sweaty living room into a chilly oasis in like 30 minutes. It keeps the temperature nice and steady, so I’m not constantly adjusting it.
Super Quiet: It’s honestly pretty quiet, which is awesome. I can sleep with it on or watch TV without cranking the volume. It’s like having a fan humming softly in the background.
Cool App: I can control it with an app on my phone, which is so convenient. I set it to turn on before I get home, and it’s already cool when I walk in. Plus, it works with voice commands, which makes me feel fancy.
Does More Than Cool: It also sucks moisture out of the air, which was a lifesaver during humid days. My place felt so much fresher. Oh, and it can heat, too, so I’ll probably use it in winter.
Easy to Move: It’s got wheels, so I can roll it from the living room to my bedroom without much hassle. It’s a bit heavy, but the wheels make it doable.
What’s Not Perfect:
It’s Kinda Big: This unit is pretty chunky, so it takes up some space. Moving it through tight spots or over carpets isn’t super easy, and I wouldn’t want to lug it up stairs.
Window Setup Was Annoying: Setting up the hose and window kit took me a bit, maybe 20 minutes. The instructions weren’t the clearest, so I had to fiddle around to get it right.
Uses a Lot of Power: It does the job, but I noticed my electric bill went up a bit. If you’re running it all day, it can add up.
Overall:
I’m really happy with this air conditioner. It’s powerful, quiet, and makes my place so much comfier, especially in the summer heat. The app and extra features are a nice touch, and it’s great for moving between rooms. Sure, it’s a bit big and the setup was a hassle, but once it’s going, it’s awesome. If you need something to cool a decent-sized room and don’t want a loud, clunky unit, this one’s a solid pick.

Great portable air conditioner unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great portable air conditioner unit. I live in an area with a moderate climate, so I only need the air conditioner a few weeks a year. I like that I can move and store it for the rest of the year, which keeps my house looking tidier. This is also a much cheaper solution than installing central AC.
The setup was easy; the hardest part was finding a window that was compatible since many of my windows open outwards from the bottom. You’ll need a window that slides open for this to work the most effectively.
The air conditioning unit seems powerful enough for my needs. I only turned it on for around ten minutes to make sure it works, since it’s still in the 50s here and my heat is still on! I like that it’s quiet and should be effective for keeping my office or bedroom cool during warmer summer days.
I’m happy with this product overall.

Replacement AC unit.
Works well and cools area as advertised. Original was covered under the warranty and lasted just short of a year. We were happy your company replaced it when called. Would loke to get an extended warranty but can't find it on website or was offered it when the new AC was delivered.

Powerful cooling, but a bit loud
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit cools our medium sized room quickly and keeps it cooled. The condensation bin does not need to be emptied frequently. It takes a while to get full. However, it’s a little loud. We’ve been using it nightly ;y for about a month now and it rattles when it kicks on. That would be my only critique.

Cooling Good
