A must for great steak
This is a must if you grill steak. Simply place the meat in the pan and marinade. Of course to get the best results you must cover your meat and the lid that comes with this pan does just that. It slides in under the the shelf and out of the way. I absolutely love it.

Less dishes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slides in and out easy. I’m a busy mom so the less dishes I have to wash after dinner the best! I Love the space it saves in the fridge and that the lid seals so I can marinate things with out making my fridge smelly.

Great for marinading!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pan for marinading and moving it straight to oven/Grill. Sleek design for storing it in the fridge. Slides in perfectly and doesn’t take up much space. Top on it makes for a mess free transfer.

Clever use of space
This new pan slides into the tracks just below the shelf and maximizes space. The size allows for ample amounts of meat to marinate. I also found the pan useful in cooling down soups and sauces to ensure food safe temperatures. The wide shallow pan cools quickly on the counter and then after placing in the refrigerator cools quickly to 38 degrees.

Super Convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cool kitchen toy! In the past I have used plastic baggies to marinate my steak, but now I can put everything together in the pan, put a lid on it and slide it into the drawer tracks inside my refrigerator. Two, 2lb. flank steaks fit in the pan, side by side. I sprayed the pan before I put everything in there, baked it in the oven and was worried that the pan would have stains and be hard to clean up. To my surprise, it cleaned perfectly and easily. Impressive!

Hidden Gem!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The marinade and oven pan is such a bonus feature on already an amazing refrigerator. I really didn’t think I would use this feature but it comes in so handy. It fits into the “empty “space in the refrigerator that I didn’t realize I had. I also use it for extra storage when I’m not marinating. Win! Win!

So Handy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a really nice pan for marinading - good size plus its own tight fitting lid. But that it hangs from a shelf in the fridge - out of the way of the other items - is tremendous. Since it's not sitting on the shelf, there is less chance for spillage, and no need to get creative with stacking items precariously on top. What a great idea!

Totally Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, this accessory is AMAZING! You can set your marinade up, put the lid on it, hang it on the shelf in the fridge, and let it marinate until you're ready to cook. Then you just remove the lid and the pan goes straight into the oven. NOTE: Its oven-safe up to 450 degrees per the box. The Lid is NOT oven safe. Some foil is your friend in this case. The lid has a light silicone seal. It's not meant to be leakproof. But it seals well enough to keep your marinade from drying up in the fridge. I LOVE how it hangs up under the shelf out of the way. It's roughly 2.5 inches deep so you're not marinating Boston Butts or Brining a Thanksgiving Turkey in this. But chops, steaks, fish, tenderloins, chicken parts - all fair game. (pun intended) In fact, you could use this as a spare drawer if you needed to. It's also listed as dishwasher safe. One thing I would change - the shelf for this is on the left inside of the fridge. But the marinade container won't fit through the left side door when it's open. As a result, you have to open both doors to get the marinade drawer in and out. But let's face it - that's splitting frog hairs. This thing is super handy - super smart and very useful.
