Awesome Appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This window unit was very intimidating upon opening the box, but after reading the instructions we realized that it was very simple. We installed the exterior shell of the unit and the main unit slipped in like a breeze. We are elderly and we got it installed within a couple of hours (including building an external brace). I would recommend this unit to everyone.

Frigidaire Ac unit from PC Richards, thumbs up.
This unit is replacing the same manufacturer with one exception, mine was 15,000 this is a little larger btu. Did I mention that the original was 22 years old and owed us nothing. First it’s so much quieter and than the original unit it replaced. Ease of use with a remote control no less making adjustments very easy. Also this is definitely more energy efficient than the original. Installation was very straightforward with no issues at all. I hope you like this ac unit as much as we are enjoying ours.

Staying cool this summer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ran the old 15,000 BTU Frigidaire window A/C unit until it simply wore out. The new unit definitely runs quieter and seems to run less than the older did when it was new. I use it to cool the larger half of the house, which includes the kitchen and dining area. This is the biggest Frigidaire unit that I could find that runs on 110vac. Keep that in mind if shopping for a larger unit. I have 2 smaller Frigidaire window units in other parts of the house that also do a great job. Only time will tell the longevity of this model. I am so far quite pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install. The ac slip out so you can mount it securely. Works great. Only had it for a week but with the heat wave (100+) we are living through in the south it has managed very well. It replaced a
12 year 12000 btu Frigidaire that was working but
struggling to keep up. It is on an enclosed brick porch 22'x 18', with poorly insulated windows on 3 sides. So we increased the BTU'S. 110vt 15100 btu's has been good to us.

It works perfect ! I didn’t expected how big it is and it takes a lot of space( that’s the down side ) that it’s visible, right in the middle of our living room.
Still it’s way smoother than the one we had before…

No more swamp cooler!!

12 years ago I bought this exact same model. It was an absolute workhorse—did its job exceedingly well. I was freshening up the appliances in my home so I replaced the air conditioner also. I am confident this unit will serve me just as well for the next 12 years !

Great Product

It was alittle difficult to assemble in that the pictures are a bit small in the manual, but everything fit together as it should. We have used it through a 90 degree + heat wave and it has cooled our entire bottom floor, which is greater than 850 ft. The fan speeds are superior to most units. The unit looks like it was built to last and was packaged nicely.
