Geat Appliance
I received the new A/C . It looks and fits very nicely. Unknowingly, it takes a 240 V outlet, which I do not have in my home. Now, I must get an electrician to run a new wire to my circuit breaker box. Unexpected new costs. I should have read the fine print, but I had no idea that this air conditioner was so powerful. It's true that when you know better, you do better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Frigidaire 18000 btu air conditioner for over 10 years, and replaced it with an updated and more efficient unit. It was the exact same fit in the window, and installation went smoothly. Waiting for the hot weather to kick in, but so far so good.

Nice upgrade

Has cooled my downstairs effectively . Like the dry setting option, which also seems to cool room some when running in this mode. Overall happy with purchase.

Very Good A/C
There are not many choices for through the wall A/Cs but PC Richard had several. The price was fair and it fit my needs. Very quiet and cools the entire floor quickly. I would definitely recommend it.

Great window unit

Whisper Quiet

Nice working AC- fix the chord length
The AC works very well- the cooling off in a top floor apartment with a 90 degree day is very quick. If you download the app you can control the ac remotely as well. The chord is too short. For that I couldn’t give five stars.

Initial Impression

Bring back the lights

The ac is really quiet. Please put the lights back on the front panel so we
know if it is off or on.
