Great dehumidifier…very easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on March 25, 2024 so far works well removes humidity fast. Not sure what the thin hose is for that came with the dehumidifier. I guess you use to connect in back to drain water instead of bucket. I use the water bucket. Looks nice also.

Incredible Pump Feature

It offers wonderful peace of mind to know that even if we are away from the home it will continue to operate and provide a comfortable dry environment.

My 20plus year low whirlpool was given to my son so I bought the 50 pint units lasted 3 months running as in the northern states only used in July & aug - worked great at first so right away so I bought on for my walkout lake home - well guess what both are junk ce code called warranty was up used a total of 6 months max but one must remember it’s warranty is a joke - too bad no 0 on review

It also works great but the redesign on the hose drainage and the addition of a pump to remove water from the tank is a great advancement. Great job!

This is a magnificent machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past 50 or so years, I’ve owned six dehumidifiers. Some inexpensive and a few in the one-thousand dollar range. So far this unit has them all beat.
We’re fortunate to have a basement sump that we can drain effluent directly into and this unit does it beautifully.
Fundamentally, we dehumidifying roughly 1600 sq. ft., 1200 of which is a finished and fully furnished basement. The remainder is cellar space. The water dripping from cold water plumbing was making a big mess but after two days of running this unit, all was dry and continues to be. The doors in the finished section no operate properly and can now be opened and closed easily.
The unit is quiet and does not take up space. One of our best purchasing decisions!

New model works great and provides the right level needed for my entire basement. I like that it has a hose hookup to my sump pump as well.

We especially like that it has a pump and drains itself through a small tube that we ran out a window. The noise is minimal and it very quickly brings the humidity down to whatever level you set. Having a timer that automatically turns it off is extremely convenient. We highly recommend this dehumidifier.
