Great machine it does the job
After several attempts of trying to purchase a
Dehumidifier for a basement and spending a lot of money only to have them fail. I decided to try this brand and was surprised there is no frills with this unit, but it does the job 1800 ft.² and within two hours of installation the humidity level dropped to 40%, which was excellent. It was normally at 70.

Nice design and quite operation
This dehumidifier has an appealing design, is very quite when operating, and seems to pull water out of the air very well. It was able to bring the basement down from 60 percent humidity to 30 percent in less than 24 hours.

Pleased!

Love the Wi-Fi connectivity and ability to operate remotely. High humidity in the Smoky Mtns made this a necessary purchase.

Works Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier works absolutely great. I have it in an insulated shop and the humidity dropped from 73% to 55% with 3 hours. After that it is in maintain mode. Great addition to my shop.

Excellent!! Very very quite!

I can created a task and starting my AC 2 hours before I go to bed and can easily adjust the room temperature via the app. Loving it so far!!

Great drying power, while staying quiet and less heat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m amazed at how well this unit pulls out moisture. The noise level is great and not distracting if doing activities in the basement. The best part is how little heat it generates. My basement was way too hot in the past with our previous unit. This dehumidifier keeps it at a comfortable mid to low 70s.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LArge basement in an area that has had frequent heavy rains. The unit keeps the area bone dry. It drains into a utility sink and runs on a preset humidity level. Set it up once and let it go. Filter cleaning is very easy.
