I made the installation process, there was no need for extra tools or a second person. The remote makes life easier so you don't have to stand up whenever you are ready to take a good night's sleep. For a medium size bedroom is perfect. I'll definitely try one of the bigger a/c for my living room once the summer starts. The delivery took 3 days and I found a great deal during Ciber Monday.

It's a work horse.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this unit. The bedroom is approximately 240 sq feet. This unit does keep it cool, with the setting at 82 degrees.
