It is so easy to install, I was able to do it by myself in about 30 minutes. It fits most windows and puts out great cooling for its size. It’s also very energy efficient and relatively economical. It’s also nice to have the extra heat feature in the colder months. I highly recommend this air conditioner.

The instructions were fairly easy and installing it wasn't that big of a deal. Everything to install it was included. My wife and I enjoy the easy features and it was really cool that it had a heating aspect to it. It's a seamless operation and works well. I definitely recommend this unit!

Even though we have central air, the room is still always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. I've used fans/space heaters but they take up too much floor space. This unit is the perfect amalgamation of what I have been looking for all these years--a window unit with heat and air! This was very easy to install and since we're in the midst of a cold snap I could immediately try the heating function. I set it to 72 and the room warmed up in no time! I am so pleased with this unit. I have another Frigidaire AC (in my main room to offset afternoon sun) and so far both have worked to really improve my quality of life and my cooling bills. Now I can add supplemental heat right where I need it! I can't wait to use this for years to come.
