Cools very well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a replacement for a Friedrich wall unit that lasted only two years. The Frigidaire unit cools the room quickly (300 sq ft) and has an easy-to-use remote. One suggestion: The installers did not remove the tape holding the front panel on, so when I went to check the filter I couldn't open the panel at first. Try using tape of a contrasting color for shipping purposes so it's easy to see that it's still on.

Frigidaire never lets me down

Top Rate Air Conditioner

Frigidaire great product
I love frigidaire AC’s from PC Richards, I’ve been in this apartment for 18 yrs , any time AC ,is no longer working I call PCRichards, you know manufacturer don’t make things to last long anymore, I’ve had 3 AC’s in 18 yrs , hopefully PC Richards remains in business.

Our "go to" Brand!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 4th Frigidaire air conditioner in the past 25 years. We currently have a large one downstairs that replaced a 12 year old Frigidaire, and this one upstairs in our bedroom. This one just replaced a 15 year old Frigidaire that still works, but a few weeks ago, it made a groaning sound, and the compressor did not kick on. After waiting a while, the compressor did kick on, and it continued working, but we wanted to replace it before it went completely out since it was so old, and we really need one in the upstairs bedroom. This one is much quieter and works perfectly to keep our bedroom cool at night. I will never hesitate to recommend Frigidaire to anyone needing an air conditioner!

It works very well and helps me get a good night's sleep.
I have central A/C in my house but have this wall unit in my bedroom to save electricity. I live alone so I turn the central A/C off when I go to bed and then turn on the Frigidaire unit. It works very well and appears to be of a much better quality than most other brands. I hope it lasts for a long time.
