Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sleeve, but customer service could be better Satisfied with the sleeve itself in terms of appearance and quality, but parts of the installation instructions were either not clear or confusing. Frigidaire (now part of Electrolux) customer service needs improvement. They told me they'd get back to me with the answer to my question, but never did. Therefore, I needed to go ahead with the installation using my best judgement. Customer service provided by P. C. Richard also needs improvement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's a sleeve...hopefully the right one Sleeve that may be too short since unit sticks into the room by about 2-3 inches too much. Not sure but model number is listed a s compatible to the a/c unit. has 2 holes on top side? Not sure why since rain or snow will seep into them. Paint finish seems durable, but time will tell. As mentioned in my review of the a/c unit the directions were terrible. Pretty much a guessing game, so now I have a box of extra foam parts.
