Best dehumidifier on the market

Frigidaire Services are the best

Reduces moisture

Good Feature Set and Quieter Than Others
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit to replace a GE unit of the same size I had just bought a couple weeks before. While the GE did perform the required task well, its compressor was considerably louder and overall feature set was much more limited. This unit while a little more in price was definitely a nice upgrade and the WiFi capability is much more useful than anticipated.

Works as expected; shipped and arrived damage free
Our previous model died (as these things seem to do, which is a shame) and we were in need of dehumidifying here in south Texas, so I purchased this model as while the previous model failed in 3-4, years, at least I know it worked well in the small space we had to work with.
The new model arrived undamaged and quickly and is so far, working great. The wifi setup in the app was weird (if you run into a "press a button to confirm" screen like me, press the Mode button; voila) but works and overall it's nice.
This model supports a proper air filter, so I would suggest grabbing one of those to help with longevity and air quality. It's annoying they don't include one, but whatever.
Overall, not bad. I do wish these things lasted at least 5 years.

Solid Unit

The app was easy to set up following the directions too. Unless I haven't found it, it would be nice if the app gave a notification when the bucket was full. Other than that, I like it and it's been working great.

Excellent Dehumidifier

Working as advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our new Frigidaire dehumidifier for about a week now and have been very satisfied with it. It was easy to set up through both the manual and app. Controlling it via the app, by the way, has been great - no climbing up and down the basement stairs to start or adjust it! The machine quickly dries out our basement to our selected setting. Using the continuous-drain hose makes it easy to direct water into our sump pit. Just be sure to set it on a few patio pavers, small bricks, or concrete blocks to ensure the water drains properly. I did a LOT of research before making this purchase and this brand and model came highly recommended. So far, so good.

Like the WiFi

I did not have it hooked up to a direct drain line and it is nice to be able to see when the container is full so far it has been working great.

Quietly does the job we expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With every dehumidifier we've owned in the past, my husband would eventually turn it off because the noise drove him crazy. He hasn't turned off this Frigidaire dehumidifier even once while sitting in the same room where it's running. That's nothing short of a miracle! It keeps the room comfortably dry and cool, and unlike our previous units, it doesn't heat up the room with its motor.
