The short cycle does not allow the dryong heat so dishes do not dry properly during the cycle.

Horrible service/Nasty driver
I was to have a dishwasher delivered and installed. On the day of the delivery there was roadwork at my condo. The delivery guy refused to take a very short two minute detour to my home. Instead he barked at me stating “there is no way he’s doing the detour and has never had to go thru the town houses in all the years he’s been doing this.” In addition to being rude, he stated that he was doing me “a favor” when removing a piece of plastic on the side of the dish washer” in a sarcastic tone, adding “I could do this for you but NOT the detour you wanted me to do last week”. Times are difficult enough for me and having to take an additional day off of work because of this was ridiculous. I lost money!! His unprofessional demeanor and behavior was unacceptable and uncalled for. Happy to discuss the issue given someone in leadership cares enough.
