The service tech Johnny did a supper job diagnosing the issue with our wall oven. He was very patient and thorough finding and correcting the issue followed by verifying the problem by observing the performance of the oven after the correction. Our oven now performs as intended.

Love Our NEW Frigidaire Microwave

During our recent kitchen renovation, we were considering a microwave drawer for our island, but the cost was hard to justify. After some measuring and planning, we found that this Frigidaire model fit perfectly inside our island cabinet, giving us the same convenient location at a fraction of the price.
The installation looks clean and custom, and most people assume it’s a much more expensive built-in solution. It heats evenly, is easy to use, and has all the features our family needs without any unnecessary extras.
If you’re remodeling your kitchen and looking for an alternative to a microwave drawer, I highly recommend considering this option. We saved a significant amount of money while still achieving the functionality and look we wanted. It was one of the best value decisions we made during our renovation.

Nice Replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our buult in KitchenAid Microwave stopped working after 6 years, so the hunt was on. I needed something that was the same size. To our surprise, we didnt need to purchase the trim kit. The kitchenaid kit fit it perfectly despite all the claims that it wouldn't. So far, Im happy with the performance. I really like the new 10 sec. Button and melt/soften.

So Far So Good but One Annoying Feature

Most features are great, but the unlock button after using in order to open is something I’m not used to and a little annoying. Can’t figure out if it’s possible to disable it.

So far so good
We are very happy with upper new Frigidaire microwave. It is spacious and easy to operate. At first, we were concerned about the unlock feature having to be used every time we wanted to open the door, but there is a way to override this in the manual.
The unit looks nice in the space in our kitchen .

My new Frigidaire 2.2 cu ft built in microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 2 weeks now and it's working great so far as to be expected for a brand new microwave. The test will be in how long it will last. My old Whirlpool microwave that this replaced, lasted 19 years. Now that was exceptional. Only the test of time will determine how good this microwave really is. This is a built in microwave, but I'm still waiting for the trim kit that's supposed to arrive until May 19th. Almost a month later. It was supposed to arrive on May 2nd. I guess they are backed up at Frigidaire. So my microwave is just in the space in the cabinet where it's supposed to be without the trim kit to make it look the way it's supposed to look. Oh well. We'll just have to wait.

The previous one suddenly starting making a loud noise with smoke and flames. The Frigidaire uses the same mounting kit, which was great. No fancy features here, just basic Microwave. Working fine, I did buy the 5 year extended warranty.
