[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our older Frigidaire Gallery microwave with this one. So far it seems very capable. Seems it's a tad more powerful and cooks quicker than the old one. My only complaint concerns the installation, which I did myself. I assumed that it would fit right back into the same spot as the old one with no adjustments or drilling. Unfortunately, the bracket that attaches to the wall was different and not only needed to be switched out, it needed to be lowered. Also, the attachment points at the top of the oven were in a different spot so, measuring and drilling was required.

Light and bright

Lights can be turned on below the microwave that shines on stove. Great night light feature. Also the fan for when the stove is on . Quickbuttons available to make microwaving easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our Frigidaire professional microwave, which suddenly stopped working after 11 years. We are fairly pleased with this one, although it is slightly smaller. I do like a lot of of the customization options. My huge complaint, though is that the clock is way too bright, and you cannot adjust the brightness, you can only turn off the clock entirely. It seems to me if you can customize so many things, you should be able to adjust that, it is pretty blinding, especially first thing in the morning.

Gallery Series: smarter than older model

Love features and operation. Looks great in the kitchen. Only negative is the mounting bracket is way to then and bent first attempt to mount. Straightened with just my fingers so easy to bend and was very careful with 2nd attempt. u

Doors are easy to open and close, softer less irritating beeps (!), great task lighting, fan wth cleanable filter, and yes its works great too!

Easy to install and looks great

Great microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a similar Whirlpool microwave. This microwave works well and is easy to clean. The '+10' and '+30' buttons are very useful in entering the cooking time. We haven't used any of the other preset buttons yet, but didn't use them a lot on our previous microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 1.9 cu ft 1000W unit replaces a failed 12yr-old 1.7 cu ft 950W unit. The new unit has a quieter magnetron fan, a loudness-adjustable (audible to old ears) timer-end alert, better/faster heating performance, and a good set of both quick-cook and sensor-related cooking options. Recommended. I note that my parents bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in the first few years after WWII, and that unit was still working when we emptied their house in 2002.
