Slick & efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just closed on new home , which came with Frigidaire appliances. We really like all of them, especially the microwave.
It is really slick & very efficient compared to one we were using earlier. It also comes with cooling off period, which is nice.

Eletrolux Built in Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced cooktop/micro and wall oven with Electrolux Professional series. I love the way it looks, and it does such much more than our prior model. I will say that when they came to take out the old Built- in Microwave the cut out was a quarter inch off. So, they would not install. We had to have a handyman come out to make the adjustments to then install the Microwave.

Really nice microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thrilled we went with the drop down door microwave vs the drawer. Highly recommend this one. Do many functions, sharp looking, really functional. Can’t speak to how it will hold up but so far very happy with our purchase. Bought strictly based on reviews, never saw it in person, and no regrets.

We bought our Frigidaire Professional convection microwave during covid when it was hard to buy any microwave(2021). It looks great and has been working very well. No problems. The light isn’t very bright to see well when cooking but not too bad. We love the huge space inside for cooking because our last microwave was much smaller inside. I just wanted to pay it forward and review this after having enough experience & time with it. A+

More Than Just A Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave functions as a microwave, convection oven and broiler. It's great making meals for 1-2 people instead of heating up a large conventional oven. Love the convenience and versatility of the appliance!

It really works as another oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't be more pleased with this speed microwave. It is much quieter than our old unit, and very handsome. It has all the functionally and style you could want. We replaced our old built in microwave, and this one was just about an inch taller. I cut the top of the cabinet and swapped out the 15 amp receptacle for a 20 amp (on a 20 amp breaker) and we were good to go! Matches the wall oven very nicely.

Failed Turntable Motor after 3 weeks of use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owning a new built in microwave, only 3 weeks old, the turntable motor sounded as though loose marbles were int it. The motor was replaced and currently working as it should. Hard to believe this motor would fail after just 3 weeks. It was replaced under waranty.

Not user friendly
Very difficult to figure out even basic Microwave needs. The display panel is confusing and both my husband and I have had to look at the manual to try to figure out something as simple as defrosting a bagel or heating rice. I would absolutely not have chosen this microwave had I known how
absolutely frustrating and time consuming it is to use.

Faulty metal plate. No alternatives
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave however the black metal plate is sparking at the wheels and the fitted bottom that meets the turner. It has been on backorder forever and frigidaire doesn't have a cross referenced glass plate the will fit and work w/ the turn table. At least one that they can id. Has anyone found a glass alternative that will spin?

Fire Hazard
Shortly after install of our Frigidaire Professional microwave it began to have sparking from the turntable. I swapped it with another turntable of the same type (previous one ordered was damaged in shipment but we had the turntable) thinking it was an isolated incident, I was wrong. We had a paper towel on the on the ceramic plate and it caught fire from the sparks. I have been using microwave repair paint on the wheels which temporarily stops the sparking. Frigidaire needs to recall these turntables and provide replacements, not charge us $200 + for an issue they knew about.
