Great product.

Price gauging.
Over priced filter - there is no reason to price your filter so expensive. It's price gauging. This will cause many to stay aware from your refrigerator brand. And yes, I bought the fridge and fell of my set with shock when I found out the price of the filters. Will not by again!

Unhappy with dirty water from
Black dust particles in water.
I’m continuing to get small black flakes/small black particles that float in the water with a brand new filter. I have flushed many gallons through filter and even bought a second filter to see if I had just received a bad filter. They both leave black flakes in water and I cannot drink the water. Please advise on a solution. This is a terrible, costly problem.

Purepour water filter
I purchased 2 new FPPWFU01 water filters. Removed my old one and the new ones will not fit?!? They are the right filter- I can take the old one out and put it back in but the new ones will not lock in. They are the same! What should I do?

Lasts 1 month
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a filter that lasted less than a month. Customer service said it was normal. Purchased another and it again lasted a month. Would probably be cheaper to buy a new fridge than a filter every month.

water filter
water filter does not work at all. Our refrigerator notified us that we need to replace so we ordered a new one even though our water tasted fine. When we put the new filter in our water started to have a bad taste. We thought running more water through the filter would make the taste go away eventually. However this was not the case, we have had it for almost 2 months and the water still taste bad.

Filter doesn’t work at all

Questionable 99% Pure rating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a new refrig that has this filter installed in it -- I ran the water through a TDS meter and it came out as 217. I ran the tap water through the same meter and it came out as 217. This filter is suppose to remove chlorine as well as other containments but before and after TDS readings do not appear to back up the claims that it removes XYZ from the water. I could be wrong but Chlorine is a dissolved mineral that should impact the TDS meter readings. I am waiting to hear back from customer service regarding this but until then, I figure I will at least post this review.
As a side, I do not notice a difference in taste between tap and the water coming through the filter.
