Amazing Screen
I got this watch for my birthday, and right away I was surprised by how vivid and colorful the screen was. It is an amazing feature of this watch, and a reason why one would buy this watch instead of the Forerunner 55. The other features are amazing as well, and overall, it’s just a very nice watch that is very affordable.

Beautiful display
I had a forerunner 55 but wanted a brighter screen. This 165 is definitely an upgrade. Wonderfully bright colors, more bells and whistles, but still familiar because it's a forerunner. Love Garmin products in general and this watch doesn't disappoint. Very happy with this purchase.

Light weight and great battery life!
I purchased the Forerunner 165 after my VivoActive 3 started to lag. It felt like a huge decision to make, since there are so many Garmin models out there but I’m so happy I went with the Forerunner! It feels much less bulky during runs/activity and I only need to charge it once a week. I’ve had the watch for about a month, and I’m excited to be learning new things about it as I go!

Great Watch!
I bought this product 1 year ago and it has been amazing. Has so many features. I love that it tracks many different forms of cross training and tracks so many different health metrics. I feel that I have been able to recover faster and better know my body from the insights this watch provides.

Simplistic and accurate
Bought my Garmin FR165 around 2 months ago and have loved it ever since. To costumize the face to show the data I look for (steps, run, weather)... and so many other options is so helpful. The accuracy is on point. It feels durable and looks great, even on a night out. As a beginner (runner), this is all I need to keep me honest and on schedule with my runs.

Phenomenal Training Plans
I got this watch a month ago, and I'm really impressed with its ability to adapt the running plan to how I'm doing. It changes the pace and goals based on sleep and what it records. In this short time, Garmin has helped me to realize that I can run faster and farther than I realized I could. I watched a YouTube tutorial to set the watch up and haven't looked back. 5/5 recommend! If you're on the fence, this watch is absolutely worth it!

Simple to use
I'm an older man who does lots of walking and swimming. I also ride a stationary bike. So the cardio, walking, and swimming apps get a lot of work. And the heart rate along with calories info are great.

I've seen hundreds of videos online talking about how great the FR165 is and I finally decided to bite the bullet and get it and I've loved every second of it. The battery life is amazing, it does everything a smartwatch should, it has a ton of amazing features, and it's very aesthetically pleasing.

I bought this forerunner a month ago since i started taking running serious. I honestly love the feel of the watch light weight and small enough to where it doesn’t look like a women’s watch on a man but small enough to where i forget it’s there sometimes first watch i could sleep with on. 10/10

Great watch for beginner
I have 3 weeks with the watch and has been handy to me, I started my running journey and I absolutely love the watch. I only take it off to charge it. The battery is very good. The watch is comfortable and light.
