Great features and battery life.
I have had my venu 4 for 2 weeks so far. I upgraded from a venu 2P. The venu 2P was fine and still works great, but I'm very pleased with the upgrade. The silicone band doesn't make my skin break out like the old one. It's easy to navigate. It has many things to try including built in workouts. I surprised myself and was able to do one that required 2 15 minutes sets of keeping my heart rate at 148. I ran 2 miles that day! (Obviously I am a very slow runner!) It's comfortable and nice looking too. It tracks my naps! I still struggle with body battery but that's probably just me. It never gets charged very well. I have cats so they wake me up a lot. I love my new watch.

Great features
I sole my Apple Watch and am very happy with the Garmin Venu 4. It does everything I want from a watch. It is comfortable and feels slightly lighter than the Apple. I use it to extensively tracking my daily walks and, using the Garmin Connect, it gives me excellent feedback on various health measures.
The only thing I changed was the band because I prefer a strap that closes with velcro because it gives me a more precise fit. I purchased a Hemsut band that goes perfectly with the Venu 4.
Overall, very happy with the purchase of the Venu 4.

Fantastic!
Finally made the move over from Apple and I cannot be happier. The design is fantastic, but more importantly, the activity and sleep tracking is great. Still figuring things out, but I’m loving it and the battery life itself almost made the upgrade completely worth it.

The Venu 4 helped me navigate to better health!
I can honestly say my Venu 4 has been a life saver! I initially got it to track my walks/hikes and I quickly discovered all of the other features that you can use to get in better health. When I got this in January my A1C was pre-diabetic, I had elevated cholesterol and blood pressure, high liver enzymes, and I was certainly way overweight. I've used Garmin's metrics to help me get diet and exercise and I've lost 49 lbs since mid January! I recently went to the DR and all of my out of normal conditions are all in the normal range now. Yes, I did a lot of work to get there, but my Garmin Venu 4 helped me navigate this journey and I don't think I could have done it in this short of time without it. Now My sleep is better, my energy has improved and I feel better than I have in years. I'm going to keep using the Garmin metrics to help me stay motivated making heathy choices. Thanks Garmin!

My Favorite Garmin Yet—And I've Owned the Best
I've owned about five Garmin watches over the years, including the Fenix 8, Descent Mk3i, and Forerunner 970, and I can honestly say the Garmin Venu 4 (45mm) is my favorite overall.
The first thing that stands out is the graphical interface. Garmin absolutely nailed the presentation on this watch. Everything is clean, modern, responsive, and incredibly easy to navigate. In my opinion, it's the best user interface Garmin has released to date.
The Venu 4 offers an impressive amount of health and fitness metrics—just a step behind the Fenix and Forerunner flagship models—but still more than enough for the vast majority of users. The AMOLED display is gorgeous, battery life is excellent, and it feels like a true everyday smartwatch without sacrificing Garmin's outstanding fitness tracking.
The only feature I wish it had is onboard maps with turn-by-turn navigation. If Garmin added mapping, this would easily be the best smartwatch in their entire lineup.
Overall, Garmin knocked it out of the park with the Venu 4. It's comfortable, packed with features, and a pleasure to use every day. Without question, it's the best Garmin watch I've owned.

Great Smart Watch!
So happy with my purchase! I bought it to replace a Venu Sq. Love the fact that I can really swim with it on. I have gone through so many other watch brands because the water has ruined them, not the case with this one. My least favorite thing is the battery life for me. For what I want to see on the face of my watch, I only get a few days battery life. On the plus side though, there are options to get 11 days of battery life, so that is a good thing. My Venu Sq. just stopped syncing with my phone, no other issues, it lasted about 4 years. It too was great for water activity. I definitely think Garmin is a great product, especially for the length of time it lasts, the reason for my second purchase.

From Ultra 2 to Venu 4
I moved from the Apple Ultra 2 to the Venu 4. I am very impressed with the watch and of course the battery life is very - around 10-12 days depending on exercise. The display is crystal clear and the texting is much improved over old Garmin watches. I like that you can clear out all your notifications at one time. You can’t respond to a text but I unusually did not respond on my Apple Watch and used my phone. I think the screens and buttons are easy to use - takes a little time to learn like the Apple Watch. The watch is very comfortable and I like the sleep stats. The sports options are endless and the work out screens are very visible in bright sun. It is a great cross between everyday watch and sports watch.

Good looking watch, comfortable and decent battery
I really like this watch. I also have the Garmin Instinct Crossover Solar Hybrid, which I also like, but it was getting hard for me to read the data with my old eyes. Text was not bright enough and clear enough, especially at night. With the Venu 4, I can read the text and time easily, whether it's in the bright sun or at night. The OLED display makes a huge difference. I just wished the battery lasted a little longer, even though other brands had less battery life. The watch is also very comfortable to wear, and it is not as bulky as the Instinct.

Love it!
I upgraded from the Venu (1) and am very pleased with all the new features! I am a marathon runner but like to have a smartwatch that I can wear to work without it screaming “I’m a running watch!” The Venu 4 checks both of those boxes for me. I also bought nylon wrist straps and prefer wearing those for comfort over the silicone ones that can irritate my skin.

Just right!
I had a Fitbit for years. When it came time to get a new smart watch, I tried the Samsung version first. The smallest one was still too big and bulky. So, I got a Garmin. I love it! The size is perfect for a small wrist. It has all the features I need, and a whole lot fewer nonsense apps and features that I will never use. I like its sensible use of technology, without trying to be something it is not.

Amazing upgrade
This is my fourth Garmin purchase is 25 years and each watch is better than the last. My Venu 4 is leaps and bounds better than my previous Vivoactive 4 (I had it for over 6 years). The new technology and advanced features is exactly what I was looking for and has some amazing new features I didn't know I wanted.
The sleep score and body battery have provided me with helpful insights on how to best help my body recover better from a heavy lift or stressful few days.

Very pleased with my Venu 4. I upgraded from a Vivoactive 4S that I had for six years and the new features are great. I am enjoying the Morning and Evening report as well as the diverse activity options. The microphone and speaker are a game changer. I hope this lasts at least 6 years like my previous Garmin.

Zero regrets- over the moon
Wanted to move to a better looking watch that had many of the features I enjoyed on my Apple Watch.. home run, it does everything I used my apple for and so much more. Favorites include the daily health checks the sleep reminders and stats THE GOLF FEATURES !!! goodbye rang finder and the flashlight has already been a heroic feature for a door repair job in the late evening darkness. Please just keep adding more and more 22mm band replacements.. more leather for colors

What an Upgrade!
Upgraded from the Venu 2 Plus and noticed the difference within the first few days. I use mine generally for daily health reads and workouts, and it's everything I need. Also really appreciate the choice of the silicon and leather bands. Great to be able to switch between casual and a bit more formal.

Great for health tracking
I have used it for about a month now and I love it! I use it mostly for workouts and tracking my health and so far it has been awesome. The pulseox does burn the battery pretty quick so I changed that to on demand. I would definitely recommend this for someone who is conscious of their overall health. There are others that are for athletes but I’m 55 years old (not a serious athlete..lol) and this absolutely does everything I need it to do.
