Gas Wall Oven Installation Services

• Bring the wall oven into your home and place it in the kitchen (not within cabinetry)
• If purchased, we'll haul away your old wall oven if it's already disconnected

• Safely disconnect your old range from your existing gas shut off valve
• Bring the new range into your home
• Place it in its proper spot
• Secure your new wall oven into the existing opening with manufacturer-supplied hardware
• Connect it to your existing code-compliant in-cabinet 115V electrical outlet
• Connect a new gas flex connection kit to a functional shut-off valve (shut off valve must be within 4 ft. of the cook top)
• Remove packing materials
• If purchased, we'll haul away your old wall oven 

Note: If your oven is going to be placed under a counter and/or below a cooktop, we'll need to do a quick survey of the installation spot beforehand. We'll contact you in advance to schedule this survey. Once that's done, we'll schedule the actual installation.

For an additional cost, we can do the following:

• Haul away your old oven
• Convert your new oven to LP gas (conversion kit sold separately)
• Enlargement of wall opening

Unfortunately we cannot do any of the following:

• Install a Natural or LP gas shutoff valve  
• Add, run, or relocate gas line
• Add, run, or relocate electric line (outlet)
• Do a direct-wired installation

• Existing code-compliant 115V electrical outlet in cabinet
• Existing code-compliant gas line with functional shutoff valve within 4 feet of oven
• Existing oven opening in wall or cabinet (enlargement can be done for an additional cost)

• Clear your oven's path, and make sure your doorways, hallways, and stairways are wide enough for your oven to pass through.
• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• Clear the kitchen of any clutter, debris or dust, and secure any pets.

• Your wall oven will be delivered curbside at your home with no installation or in-home placement.
• Kindly note that this is the only option for delivery addresses outside of the P.C. Richard & Son local area.
• Unfortunately haul-away is not an option for freight deliveries.

• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 (19 in Nebraska or Alabama) must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• Have a hand truck ready to move your oven, and make sure at least one more person is around to help.
