It took me just under an hour, but if i did this regularly I'd say 30-45min install as long as pbc pipes are in good condition, which i did remove and cleaned for good measure. Keep in mind you will have to reuse power chord from old disposal or buy new, and reuse insert ring for wiring to go through.
