Awesome AC

Self evaporation is awesome…
The auto evaporation works like a charm. I am not sure about the reliability. Stopped blowing super cold while still under the warranty. It maybe something simple. I will update when I found out, other than that works good.

This GE 10,000 BTU portable room air conditioner/dehumidifier works great ! We had our Central Air unit go out in 103-105 degree heat and got this to have a room in the house to survive in while waiting for the New C Air unit to be installed . It really works great and got us through a miserabley hot time !

A must buy this summer!
I normally don’t write reviews, but I must say I am very pleased with this product. It’s easy to assemble, hassle-free directions and we’re saving so much money this summer! My husband and I have tried other Ac units and none compare to this product! If you’re on the fence about buying it, just do it! You wont regret it. The only issue we experienced was with the hose. We over extended the hose and when we did we realized there was a disconnect that caused the unit to leak. But if you give the hose some slack then it wont leak. Prior to figuring that out, we used the bottom part of a CLEAN hard bodied kitty litter box and it fit the unit like a glove and provided a lot of room for the water leaking.

Great air conditioner and was easy to install!
Easy to install, especially in a smaller window. I'm a74 yr old woman and unloaded it from car and brought it in house by myself, with the help of a dolly. Took some pieces to a local hardware store and they cut panels to fit window for free. I use the air conditioner and fan modes and am very satisfied with it!
