Cooling capacity lives up to its claims and is as quiet as one can expect form a wall unit of this size. Cleaning is a simple job. Most importantly, GE stands behind its product and when the first unit failed after two years, GE replaced it with this unit, no questions asked. It was like the GE of old - quality and service.
